The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing man.

Christy Krishnamoorthy, 45, was last seen on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at 10 a.m., in the Bayview Avenue and Lawrence Avenue East area.

He is described as 5’7”, 180 lbs., bald, clean-shaven. He was last seen wearing green pants with a camouflage print, black hooded top with "Canada" on the front, white shoes, red ball cap.

Police are concerned for his well-being.

Fatal collision #45/2018 Lake Shore Boulevard West, west of Sixth Street

On Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at 5:08 p.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Lake Shore Boulevard West, west of Sixth Street.

It is reported that:

- a man, 29, was driving a 2004 Mercedes westbound on Lake Shore Boulevard West, approaching Sixth Street

- a woman, 71, was operating a motorized scooter and was attempting to cross Lake Shore Boulevard West, west of Sixth Street

- the woman was struck by the vehicle as she attempted to cross the road

The woman received life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.

Police are asking local residents, businesses, and drivers, who may have security or dash-camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.

This is the latest instalment of 14 Division's "Fugitive Friday." We are looking for Henrique Pereira, 42, of Toronto.

He is wanted on a warrant for:

1) two counts of Assault
2) Utter Threat To Cause Bodily Harm
3) Assault With A Weapon
4) Mischief Damage Property Not Exceeding $5000

He is described as 5'10", 210 lbs., balding, black hair, brown eyes.

Police warn that he is considered violent. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.

On Sunday, September 2, 2018, at approximately 6:15 p.m., officers responded to a call for a Sound of Gunshots in Coronation Park, 711 Lake Shore Boulevard West.

On Thursday, September 13, 2018, TPS Homicide, with the assistance of the Gun and Gang Task Force, arrested Andrew Douglas, 25, of Toronto. He was charged with:

1) First-Degree Murder

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, September 14, 2018, 10 a.m., room 101.

On Saturday, September 8, 2018, at approximately 1:23 p.m., officers responded to a call for a Sexual Assault in the Cumberland Street and Bay Street area.

Investigators have released security camera images of the wanted man.

Ramin Raziyni, 44, arrested and charged in ongoing Sexual Assault investigation, Queens Quay East and Lower Sherbourne Street area, Man's photograph released

The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public about an arrest in an ongoing Sexual Assault investigation.

On Wednesday, September 12, 2018, at approximately 4:30 p.m., officers responded to a call for an Unknown Trouble in the Queens Quay East and Lower Sherbourne Street area.

It is alleged that:

- a man placed numerous advertisements on sites such as Craigslist and Kijiji, offering training and employment as a masseuse

- a 35-year-old woman was offered a job as a holistic masseuse

- the woman attended the man's apartment

- the man sexually assaulted the woman

- the woman was able to call a friend for help who, in turn, contacted police

- police arrived on scene and Ramin Raziyni, 44, of Toronto, was arrested

He has been charged with:

1) Sexual Assault

He appeared in court at College Park on Thursday, September 13, 2018, 9 a.m.

Man wanted in Sexual Assault investigation, Eglinton Avenue West and Avenue Road area, Update, Man, 70, arrested, charged with Sexual Assault

On Thursday, September 13, 2018, the Toronto Police Service requested assistance identifying a man wanted in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It was alleged that:

- in August 2016, a woman, then 44, was travelling on a TTC bus in the Eglinton Avenue West and Avenue Road area, when she was sexually assaulted by another passenger

Investigators would like to thank the media and public for their assistance which led to the arrest of Brian Condie, 70, of Toronto, on Friday, September 14, 2018, at 8:30 a.m.

He was charged with:

1) Sexual Assault

He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Monday, October 29, 2018, 2 p.m., room 505.

Open Streets Toronto, Sunday, September 16, 2018, Road closures

On Sunday, September 16, 2018, the City of Toronto will host Open Streets Toronto from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The following streets will be fully closed to vehicles from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.:

- Bloor Street, between Montrose Avenue and Sherbourne Avenue
- Yonge Street, between Davenport Avenue and Queen Street

Vehicles will only be able to cross the route at the following designated crossing points:

- Bloor Street West at Christie Street/Grace Street
- Bloor Street West at Bathurst Street
- Bloor Street West at Spadina Avenue
- Bloor Street West at Avenue Road
- Bloor Street West at Bay Street
- Bloor Street East at Church Street
- Bloor Street East at Ted Rogers Way
- Bloor Street East at Sherbourne Street

- Yonge Street at Wellesley Street
- Yonge Street at College Street
- Yonge Street at Gerrard Street
- Yonge Street at Dundas Street
- Yonge Street at Shuter Street

Motorists can expect significant delays in the area and are advised to consider alternate routes where possible. It is strongly recommended that people attending Open Streets take the TTC.

Homicide #77/2018, Bellamy Road North and Cedar Brae Boulevard area, Two male suspects wanted

On Friday, September 14, 2018, at approximately 6:45 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call in the Bellamy Road North and Cedar Brae Boulevard area.

Upon arrival, officers located a 16-year-old boy, with a gunshot wound, who was without vital signs. Officers began lifesaving efforts. The victim was taken via emergency run to hospital where he was pronounced a short time later.

Investigators are looking for two male suspects reported to have fled the area in a dark SUV.

The first suspect is described as wearing all-dark clothing with a hoodie. The second suspect is described as wearing a dark hooded top, light-coloured shorts.

Fatal collision #46/2018, Parkside Drive, near Indian Valley Crescent

On Saturday, September 15, 2018, at 2:40 a.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision on Parkside Drive, near Indian Valley Crescent.

It is reported that:

- a man, 27, was driving a BMW motor vehicle southbound on Parkside Drive

- a man, 45, was driving a Harley Davidson motorcycle, with a female passenger, 27, northbound on Parkside Drive

- the BMW and motorcycle collided

The driver of the motorcycle succumbed to his injuries in hospital and the female passenger on the motorcycle received non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.

Investigators would like to speak with the driver and occupants of a motor vehicle that was northbound on Parkside Drive, directly ahead of the motorcycle.

Investigators are seeking dash camera or security camera footage from local residents, businesses, and drivers, from between 2:30 a.m. and 2:50 a.m., on Saturday, September 15, 2018.

Nine arrested in Controlled Drugs and Substances Act/Fireams investigation, Rexdale Boulevard and Highway 27 area, Face total of 279 charges, Firearms, drugs, cash seized

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of nine arrests in a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act/Firearms investigation.

Officers from the West Command Gun Violence Suppression Unit (GVSU), started an investigation into a man allegedly engaged in trafficking narcotics.

It is further alleged that:

- a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act warrant was sought and granted for an address associated to a man in the Rexdale Boulevard and Highway 27 area

- on Friday, September 14, 2018, prior to the execution of the warrant, the man was arrested as he left the residence

- on the same date, officers from the GVSU, 23 Division Major Crime Unit (MCU) and 23 Division Community Response Unit (CRU) executed the warrant without incident

- as a result of a search of the premises, the following was seized:

- 9mm Glock 26 handgun
- FN HERSTAL BELGIUM 5.7 x 28 calibre handgun
- approximately 100 grams of cocaine
- approximately $10,000 in proceeds of crime

Travis Walker, 22; Gersan Landeros-Martinez, 25; Thomas Duncan-Williams, 20; Muzamil Addow, 27; Tyson Walker, 28; Jovan Walker, 26; Tristen Bailey, 26; Damian Vassell, 31; and a 16-year-old boy, all of Toronto, were arrested.

All nine have been charged with:

1) six counts of Possession for the purpose -Cocaine
2) Careless Storage of a Firearm
3) Possess Loaded Firearm
4) Possess Prohibited Firearm without holding a license and registration Certificate
5) Possess Prohibited Firearm knowingly not holding a license and registration Certificate
6) Possess Prohibited Device
7) Careless Storage of Ammunition
8) Possess Firearm with Altered Serial Number
9) Careless Storage of a Firearm
10) Possess Loaded Firearm
11) Possess Prohibited Firearm without holding a license and registration Certificate
12) Possess Prohibited Device
13) Careless Storage of Ammunition
14) Possess Firearm with Altered Serial Number
15) seven counts of Possess Firearm while Prohibited
16) four counts of Possession of Proceeds
17) Fail to Comply with Probation

They were all scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, September 15, 2018, 10 a.m.

Police seek assistance with Assault investigation, Rees Street and Lake Shore Boulevard West

The Toronto Police Service requests assistance with an Assault investigation.

On Thursday, September 13, 2018, at approximately 6:39 p.m., officers responded to a call at Lake Shore Boulevard West and Rees Street.

It is reported that:

- a man driving a motorcycle and a woman driving a motor vehicle got into an altercation while driving eastbound on Lake Shore Boulevard West

- the motorcyclist stopped and attacked the driver with a hammer and damaged her vehicle

- the motorcyclist then fled westbound on Lake Shore Boulevard West

Investigators are appealing to anyone with information or who witnessed the incident to contact police.
