The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing man.

Robert Silverstien, 59, was last seen on Thursday, June 22, 2017, at 1 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Peter Street area.

He is described as 5'8", 180 lbs., with short grey hair, grey beard, missing left eye, and amputated left leg. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, trackpants. He uses a black wheelchair.

Sexual Assault Alert, Dufferin Street, near Bloor Street West, Man wanted

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of, and seek their assistance with, a Sexual Assault investigation

It is reported that:

- on Saturday, June 24, 2017, at approximately 3:20 a.m., a 24-year-old woman was walking on Dufferin Street, near Bloor Street West

- a man approached the woman and grabbed her from behind

- the man sexually assaulted the woman, then fled on foot

The man is described as 5’6”–5’7”, thin build. He was wearing dark-blue jeans and a black hoodie.

Project Lincoln, Charge details and property seized

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of arrests in a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.

Project Lincoln took place on Thursday, June 22, 2017, with the assistance of the RCMP, Vancouver Police Department and Toronto Municipal Licensing and Standards officers.

Search warrants were executed at seven Canna Clinics and six residences in the Toronto area and six locations in Vancouver. A total of 80 Canna Clinic employees were arrested, charged, and released on scene.

It is alleged the following was seized:

- one vehicle
- 178 kg marijuana
- 48 kg THC edibles
- 6.8 kg shatter
- 19 kg cannabis resin
- in excess of $350,000 (Canadian) cash

On Thursday, June 22, 2017, at approximately 12:45 pm., officers executed a search warrant at Canna Clinic at 350 Broadview Avenue

On the same day, at approximately 1:55 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the Harbour Square and Queen's Quay area

On the same day, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at Canna Clinic at 1556 Queen Street West

On the same day, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the Cowan Avenue and King Street West area

On the same day, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at Canna Clinic at 2887 Dundas Street West

On the same day, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the Fort York Boulevard and Spadina Avenue area

On the same day, at 10:31 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the Cherry Street and Mill Street area

On the same day, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the Queen Street West and Dowling Avenue area

On the same day, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the Harbour Square and Queen's Quay West area

On the same day, at approximately 10:30 am., officers executed a search warrant at Canna Clinic at 44 Kensington Avenue

On the same day, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at a Canna Clinic at 213 Ossington Avenue

On the same day, at approximately 10:45 am., officers executed a search warrant at Canna Clinic at 2352 Yonge Street

On the same day, at approximately 3:05 pm., officers executed a search warrant at Canna Clinic at 527 Eglinton Avenue West

On the same day, officers executed search warrants in British Columbia: in the McFarland Road and Reginald Drive, Denman Island area, in the Prince Albert Street and East 30th Avenue, Vancouver area, in the Nelson Street and Burrand Street, Vancouver area, in the Granville Street and West 13th Avenue, Vancouver area, in the West 4th Avenue and Balsam Street, Vancouver area, and in the Hornby Street and Nelson Street, Vancouver area.


Sterling McElroy, 28, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) Trafficking schedule II (cannabis)
2) three counts of PFP schedule II (cannabis)
3) Trafficking schedule II (cannabis resin)
4) two counts of PFP schedule II (cannabis resin)
5) three counts of Possession of proceeds
6) Breach of Recognizance

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, June 23, 2017, 10 a.m.


Yacob Issayas, 28, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) Possession of Substance II for the Purpose of Trafficking

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, June 23, 2017, 10 a.m.


Diane MacInnis, 29, of Toronto, was arrested. She is charged with:

1) Possession of Substance II for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

She was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, June 23, 2017, 10 a.m.


Tanya Althea Crail, 24, of Toronto, was arrested. She is charged with:

1) Possession of Substance II for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

She was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, June 23, 2017, 10 a.m.


Caitlan Campbell, 23, of Vancouver, was arrested. She is charged with:

1) Possession of Substance II for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

She was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, June 23, 2017, 10 a.m.


Theodora Crane, 24, of Vancouver, was arrested. She is charged with:

1) Possession of Substance II for the Purpose of Trafficking CDSA
2) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

She was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, June 23, 2017, 10 a.m.

Man, 53, facing four bank robbery charges

Toronto Police Service Hold Up would like to make the public aware of an arrest in an investigation into four bank robberies.

It is alleged that:

- on Friday, June 16, 2017, at 11:30 a.m., a man entered a bank in the Bloor Street West and Spadina Avenue area

- the man approached the teller wearing a baseball hat and sunglasses

- he made a verbal demand for money and reached into a reusable bag which he had placed on the counter, making the victim believe he had a weapon

- he obtained a quantity of money before fleeing

It is further alleged that:

- the same man robbed another bank on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at 7 p.m., near Danforth Avenue and Woodbine Avenue

It is further alleged that:

- the same man robbed another bank on Monday, June 12, 2017, at 12:30 p.m., near Queen Street East and Wineva Avenue

It is further alleged that:

- the same man robbed another bank on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at 2 p.m., near Queen Street East and Wheeler Avenue

On Friday, June 23, 2017, Paul Busch, 53, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) four counts of Robbery

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, June 24, 2017, room 101.

The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a Sexual Assault investigation and requesting assistance identifying a man.

It has been reported that:

- on Sunday, June 25, 2017, at approximately 8:57 p.m., a 21-year-old woman was walking in the Humber Trail park area of Humber College Boulevard and Hwy 27

- a man approached her and grabbed her from behind

- the man sexually assaulted her, then fled on foot

The man is described as white, early-to-mid 20s, 5'7"-5'8", medium build, brown hair, wearing black athletic shorts, white T-shirt, black shoes with three white stripes.

On Sunday, June 11, 2017, at 1:37 a.m., police received a call for an Assault in Progress in the Bathurst Street/Finch Avenue West area.

It is reported that:

- a taxi operator picked up a man in the Overlea Boulevard/Thorncliffe Park Drive area

- the man asked to be taken to the Bathurst Street/Finch Avenue West area

- during the ride, the man verbally confronted the operator

- upon arrival, the man paid his fare, then assaulted the operator before fleeing

Security camera images of the man are now available.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance identifying a man wanted in a Break-and-Enter investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Monday, June 26, 2017, at 8:57 a.m., a man entered a religious facility in the Eglinton Avenue West and Keele Street area

- he broke a small window in the door, reached in, turned the lock, and let himself inside

- he then used a crowbar to enter an office which he then ransacked, before leaving the building

He is described as 5'11", 6', in his 60s, thin build, black glasses, balding grey hair.

Security camera images of the man have been released.

1) Sexual Assault

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, August 4, 2017, 10 a.m.
