This is the latest instalment of 14 Division's "Fugitive Friday." We are looking for Charles Snyder-Palfy, 23, of Toronto.

He is wanted on the strength of a Warrant in the First Instance for:

1) two counts of Unlawfully in Dwelling House
2) Mischief Under $5000

He is described as 6'1", 140 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.

Police warn that he is considered violent. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1.

Daniel Langdon, 24, faces three charges in Child Pornography investigation, Photograph released

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Child Pornography investigation.

On Wednesday, August 17, 2016, members of Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the Keele Street and Shepard Avenue West area.

It is alleged that:

- a man attempted to send child pornography, over the internet, to unknown users

Daniel Langdon, 24, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) two counts of Possess Child Pornography
2) Attempt Distribute Child Pornography

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Friday, August 19, 2016, 10 a.m., room 306.

His photograph has been released because investigators are concerned he may have had access to children.

Open Streets, Sunday, August 21, 2016, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Road closures

On Sunday, August 21, 2016, the first of two Open Streets events will be held in Toronto.

Road closed from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on:

- Bloor Street, in both directions, from Dufferin Street to Parliament Street

- Yonge Street, in both directions, from Bloor Street to Queen Street

Traffic will be permitted to cross at 11 specific points on Bloor Street and six specific points on Yonge Street, under police direction. All other streets will be closed to vehicle traffic.

During the closure, traffic may cross Bloor Street at:
- Dufferin Street
- Ossington Avenue
- Grace Street/Christie Street
- Bathurst Street
- Spadina Avenue
- Avenue Road
- Bay Street
- Church Street
- Ted Rogers Way
- Sherbourne Street
- Parliament Street

During the closure, traffic may cross Yonge Street at:
- Wellesley Street
- Carleton Street/College Street
- Gerrard Street
- Dundas Street
- Shuter Street
- Queen Street

Vehicles in the area may experience traffic delays during the event.

This event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

Members of the public are encouraged to read the Transformational Task Force Interim Report, in particular the report's 24 recommendations. The report can be seen here.

The session will include remarks from the Chief and Chair and break-out tables designed to get the public's input on the future of policing. The consultation session will also be streamed live on Facebook.

Bathurst Street will be completely closed at 12 a.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2016, to 12 a.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016, from Laurelcrest Avenue to Wilson Avenue.

Motorist can expect traffic delays in the area.

On Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at 11:21 a.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call for found human remains in the Broadview Avenue and Gerrard Street East area.

The deceased has been identified as Melissa Cooper, 30, of Toronto.

On Friday, April 29, 2016, Albert Ian Ohab, 38, of Toronto, was arrested. He was charged with:

1) Indignity to a Dead Body

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, April 30, 2016, room 101.

After further investigation, on Friday, August, 19, 2016, an additional charge has been added. He is now charged with:

1) Second-Degree Murder

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, August 19, 2016, 10 a.m..

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a quantity of lost medication.

It was reported that:

- on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at approximately 9:30 p.m., a quantity of Oxycodone, 80mg tablets was lost in the Royal York Road and Lake Shore Boulevard West area.

The pills could be harmful/fatal if ingested, especially to children.

Man charged in Sexual Assault investigation, Samuel Dixon, 64, Police concerned there may be other victims

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.

On Tuesday, August 9, 2016, police began an investigation into a Sexual Assault.

It is alleged that:

- a man was employed as a driving instructor, providing in-car driving lessons

- between July and August 2016, the man provided driving lessons to a 19-year-old woman

- the man, on two separate occasions, sexually assaulted the woman during the in-car driving lessons

On Thursday, August 18, 2016, Samuel Dixon, 64, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) two counts of Sexual Assault

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, 2 p.m., courtroom 407.

Police are concerned there may be other victims.

Marijuana dispensary search warrant executed, One person facing drug-related charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Controlled Drugs & Substances Act investigation.

On Friday, August 19, 2016, at approximately 9:05 p.m., officers from the 41 Division Major Crime Unit executed a search warrant at Greentree Medical Dispensary at 3464 Danforth Avenue.

Darren Foote, 22, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) two counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance
2) two counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, September 30, 2016, courtroom 114.

George Stavrianos, 79, was last seen on Saturday, August 20, 2016, at 4:30 a.m., in the Victoria Park Avenue/401 area.

He is described as 5'5", 145 lbs., with brown/hazel eyes, grey hair, balding on top, and has a moustache. He was wearing dark pants, a Casio watch on this left wrist, possibly a blue shirt, and may be wearing a baseball cap. He speaks Greek and a little English, and walks at a slow pace.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Public assistance sought with Attempt Murder investigation, Sackville Street/Shuter Street area, Security camera images of suspects released

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance with an Attempt Murder invesigation.

It is reported that:

- on Monday, August 8, 2016, at 2:05 a.m., a 2016 Dodge Durango was travelling in the Sackville Street/Shuter Street area

- a woman inside the Durango received non-life-threatening injuries when shots were fired at the vehicle

Investigators are trying to identify two male suspects, both dressed in dark hooded sweaters, both fleeing in a dark Toyota Matrix.
