The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Peter Kimak, 59, was last seen at approximately 12 p.m., on Sunday, August 7, 2016, in the Markland Drive and Mill Road area.

He is described as 5’10”’, stocky build with short, receding, grey hair, blue eyes and glasses.

He was last seen driving a black Ford Edge with Ontario licence plate BFXR605.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Toronto Police Service Chief Mark Saunders and Toronto Police Services Board Chair Andy Pringle will be hosting the fourth community consultation session on the modernization of the Toronto Police Service on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, from 5 - 8 p.m., at the Learning Enrichment Foundation, at 116 Industry Street.

Members of the public are encouraged to read the Transformational Task Force Interim Report, in particular the report's 24 recommendations. The report can be seen here.

The session will include remarks from the Chief and the Chair and break-out tables designed to get the public's input on the future of policing. This consultation session will also be streamed live on the Service's Facebook page.

More consultation sessions are scheduled over the coming months. To find one near you, click here. Members of the public are also encouraged to submit their thoughts through email or video message. Visit the Have Your Say site for details.

Federal inmate wanted, Tyrell Williams, 28

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of his alleged Breach of Parole.

Tyrell Williams, 28, is wanted. He is described as 6’3", 245 lbs. He has a tattoo of a bull on his left upper arm.

He is serving a four-year-and-nine-month sentence for Armed Robbery and Kidnapping Using a Firearm.

He is known to frequent Toronto and York Region.

Marijuana dispensary search warrants executed, Six facing drug-trafficking-related charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of multiple arrests in an ongoing Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.

On Monday, August 8, 2016, officers from the 54 Division Major Crime Unit, and 54 Division Community Response Unit, with the assistance of officers from TAVIS, conducted Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrants at three locations in Toronto.

It is alleged that:

- two men were operating a marijuana dispensary, known as “Section 56,” at 912 Danforth Avenue

- both men were arrested.

Richard Bradley, 63, of Toronto, and William Ley, 36, of no fixed address, have each been charged with:

1) Three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

It is further alleged that officers seized:

- Dry Cannabis Marijuana - 2602.10 grams
- Cannabis resin - 312.51 grams (hash)
- 207.13 grams (oil)
- Marijuana edible productions - 457.43 grams
- $1,552.50 Canadian currency

Both men are scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, September 22, 2016, room 114.


On the same date, officers conducted a second CDSA search warrant at “S.W.E.D.,” a marijuana dispensary at 988 Pape Avenue

Two men were arrested at this address.

Keng Her, 26, of Toronto, and Ryan Flood, 22, of Toronto, have each been charged with:

1) Two counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

It is further alleged that officers seized:

- Dry Marijuana: 947.36 grams
- $7,288.55 Canadian currency

Both men are scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, September 22, 2016, room 114.

On the same date, officers conducted a third Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a marijuana dispensary, “S.W.E.D,” at 1898 Danforth Avenue.

Two men were arrested.

Daniel Her, 21, of Toronto, and Ross Mackenzie, 29, of Toronto, have each been charged with:

1) Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) Possession of a Schedule II Substance
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

It is further alleged that officers seized:

- Marijuana: 6,018 grams (13.26 lbs)
- $7,000 Canadian Currency

Both men are scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, September 22, 2016, room 114.


Total weight seized: 9787.10 grams (21.5 pounds)
Total Proceeds: $15,841.05
Total Street Value: $97,871

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a man wanted in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Thursday, August 4, 2016, a 25-year-old woman was sexually assaulted by a man in the Markham Road and Kingston Road area

On Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at 10 a.m., Steve Anthony Levy, 41, of Toronto, was arrested.

He has been charged with:

1) Two counts of Assault/Cause Bodily Harm
2) Two counts of Sexual Assault
3) Forcible Confinement
4) Overcome Resistance/Attempt To Choke
5) Theft Not Exceeding $5000
6) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Not Exceeding $5000

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, 10 a.m., courtroom 412.

The Toronto Police Service is seeking assistance locating a man wanted in an Assault and Theft investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, a woman was seated in her vehicle in the Don Mills Road and Graydon Hall Drive area.

- a man assaulted the woman and stole her vehicle

- two people who witnessed the incident went to the woman's aid, and called police

- police and paramedics arrived shortly thereafter and the woman was treated for her injuries

It is further alleged that:

- the man wanted in this investigation is Donnohue Grant, 31, of Toronto.

He is described as 5'10", 210 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.

He may be driving a 2013, black, four-door Honda Civic with Ontario licence plate BFMN047.

Deloris Clarke, 77, was last seen on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at 1 p.m., in the Morningside Avenue/Sewells Road area.

She is described as 5'4", with a medium build, dyed red hair pulled back, and a mole beside her nose. She was wearing a mostly red, multi-coloured top, grey pants, brown shoes, and was carrying a burgundy handbag and a plastic bag.

She is known to travel on transit.

Police are concerned for her safety.

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an Aggravated Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

- between January 2011 and June 2012, a man had unprotected sex with a 25-year-old woman without disclosing that he was HIV positive

On Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at 8 a.m., Andrew Tiriwangasi, 47, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) Aggravated Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Assault

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, September 23, 2016, 11 a.m., courtroom 111.

Police are concerned there may be other victims.

Police are urging anyone who had sex with Andrew Tiriwangasi to seek medical attention and to contact police.

Daniel Amyotte, 39, and Joshua Bettcher, 23, both of Toronto, were arrested. Each has been charged with:

1) Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

They are scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Monday, September 26, 2016, 9 a.m., courtroom 114.

Gerry Zanrosso, 24, Daniel Debeer, 25, both of Toronto, and Calvin Tu, 25, of Newmarket, were arrested. Each has been charged with:

1) Possession of a Schedule II Substance
1) Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

They are scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, September 15, 2016, 9 a.m., courtroom 114.

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance identifying a man wanted in a robbery investigation.

On Thursday, July 21, 2016, at approximately 10:30 p.m., a woman, 30, was robbed by a man while sitting alone in her vehicle in the Don Mills Road and Lawrence Ave East area.

On Tuesday, August 9, 2016, Ali Hasan, 20, of Toronto, was arrested.

He has been charged with:

1) Robbery with firearm
2) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
3) four counts of Use Credit Card Obtained by Crime Under $5000
4) Fraud Under $5000

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Wednesday, August 10, 2015, 2 p.m., courtroom 301.

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of arrests in a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.

On Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at approximately 3 p.m., 55 Division executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at Cannabis Culture, 711 Queen Street East.

Peter Melanson, 40, and Erin Goodwin, 30, both of Toronto, were arrested. Each has been charged with:

1) Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (marijuana)
2) Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (hash)
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime
4) Fail to Comply with Recognizance

They were scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, August 11, 2016, 9 a.m., room 103.

Allison Winter, 26, and Marcella Morace, 58, both of Toronto, were also arrested. Each has been charged with:

1) Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (marijuana)
2) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime

They are scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Monday, September 26, 2016, 10 a.m., room 114.
