Crystal Clemens, 15, was last seen on Thursday, March 17, 2016, in the Kennedy Road/Lawrence Avenue East area.

She is described as 5'6", 115 lbs., with brown eyes and long, dark-brown hair. She was wearing dark-grey pants, black sweater branded with "Air Jordan," black shoes, and carrying a black bag.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Media advisory, Tuesday, March 22, 2016, 10 a.m., Humber College Lakeshore Campus, L Building, 21 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive, Ontario’s Police Chiefs and Community Partners Unveil New Resources to Help Prevent Fentanyl-related Deaths

The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) will be joined by public health officials, community partners, students, and parents, tomorrow at a news conference to unveil new resources designed to draw public attention to the growing crisis of Fentanyl abuse. Hundreds of deaths in Ontario over the past five years have involved the use and/or abuse of Fentanyl, an extremely potent synthetic opioid or painkiller.

Medical emergencies and deaths resulting from Fentanyl, 100 times more potent than morphine and 40 times more potent than heroin, are increasingly being reported to law enforcement and health care professionals across Ontario.

Scheduled speakers include:

- Chief Jeff McGuire, Niagara Regional Police Service and President of the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police

- Chief Mark Saunders, Toronto Police Service

- Councillor Joe Cressy, Chair, Toronto Drug Strategy

- Wanda Buote, Principal, Lakeshore Campus, Humber College

- Sherrie Dolks, mother of a victim of Fentanyl

Family members of Fentanyl abuse victims, substance abuse experts and representatives from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Ontario Provincial Police, municipal services, and students from Humber College’s AdCentre will be in attendance.

Michelle Seah, 28, was last seen on Monday, March 21, 2016, at 12 p.m., in the Sheppard Avenue East and Leslie Street area.

She is described as 5'5", 120 lbs., slim build, with brown eyes, and black, straight, shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing black tights, black-and-grey sweater and possibly white running shoes.

Police request assistance with shooting investigation, Bayview Avenue and Steeles Avenue East area

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with a shooting investigation in the Bayview Avenue and Steeles Avenue East area.

It is reported that:

- on Sunday, March 20, 2016, at 4:30 a.m., a 19-year-old man was shot at a house party

- a large number of people were in attendance when shots were fired

Police would like to speak with anyone who has information on this shooting.

Sexual Assault Alert, Roding Park, Keele Street and Wilson Avenue area, Update, Composite sketch released

The Toronto Police Service would like to update the public on a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at approximately 12 p.m., a 50-year-old woman was in the Roding Park, Keele Street and Wilson Avenue area.

- a man approached the woman from behind, forced her to the ground, and sexually assaulted her

- the man then fled, and was last seen heading towards Wilson Avenue

An updated description of the man is now available. He is described as Asian with a grey complexion, 18-25, 5'5" – 5'8", with a thin build, skin irritation on the bottom portion of his face, and flat nose, thin lips, and small, beady eyes. He was wearing a grey, long-sleeved top, baggy pants, and a white hat.

A composite sketch is now released.

Man wanted in Assault investigation, Jonathan Ryan, 29

Jonathan Ryan, 29, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1) Assault
2) Threatening Death
3) Mischief Over $5000

He is described as 5'10", with a brown brush-cut hairstyle and tattoos across his knuckles.

Police request assistance with Assault Cause Bodily Harm and Theft investigation, Fairview Mall, 1800 Sheppard Avenue East, Security camera images of suspects released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying two men wanted in an Assault Cause Bodily Harm and Theft investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Friday, March 18, 2016, at 4:16 p.m., two men approached the Wind Mobile kiosk in Fairview Mall, at 1800 Sheppard Avenue East

- after engaging the employee in a brief conversation, the men grabbed a new cellphone from over the counter and ran towards the exit

- one of the men pushed his way through a crowd and pushed an 85-year-old woman to the ground causing her to hit her head. She received injuries to her head, shoulder, neck and hip area. She was taken to hospital where she received 10 staples to close the laceration in the back of her head and also underwent an emergency CT scan

- both men managed to escape

Suspect #1 was described as 5'7" - 5'10", 20-25, slim built, black slicked-back straight hair in a ponytail and a thin moustache with a goatee. He was wearing a dark bomber jacket, red undershirt, dark pants and black-and-red runners and sunglasses.

Suspect #2 was described as 20-25, heavy build, and had wavy hair in a ponytail. He was wearing black thick-frame prescription glasses, black bomber jacket, white sweater with black horizontal lines, black jacket and black boots.

Security camera images of the two suspects have been released.

Nadiya Salim, 22, was last seen on Monday, January 11, 2016, at 2 a.m., in the Danforth Road and Eglinton Avenue East area.

Police are concerned for her health and safety.

She was seen most recently in the financial district within the P.A.T.H. system, and TTC subway stations.

Police are now releasing improved photographs.

Sexual Assault Alert, Man charged in Sexual Assault and Interference investigation, Daniel Harker, 23, faces two charges, Police believe there may be other victims

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

- a man advertised his babysitting services online through care.com

- the man was contacted by the parents after viewing his profile and resume online

- on Saturday, March 5, 2016, the accused attended the victim's home in the Woodbine Avenue/Danforth Avenue area

- the victim, a six-year-old, later disclosed to his parents that he had been sexually assaulted

On Wednesday, March 16, 2016, the Child and Youth Advocacy Centre arrested Daniel Harker, 23, of Toronto. He is charged with:

1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Interference

He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.

Police believe there may be other victims as the accused had access to other children in the community. The following is a list of some of the locations he worked:

- Toronto District School Board as a lunchroom monitor at Pape Avenue Junior Public School, 220 Langley Avenue
- City of Toronto as a part-time Recreation Worke,r allowing him access to children at various locations including wading pools and gym classes
- SH Armstrong Community Centre, 56 Woodfield Road, for pre-school-aged children and drop-in program for older children
- Gledhill Child Care Centre, 2 Gledhill Avenue, as a pre-school daycare worker

The Toronto District School Board, City of Toronto, and Care.com have been cooperating with police.

55 Division’s Crime Management Team, in the latest edition of “Wanted Wednesday,” is searching for James Rowe, 28, of Toronto.

He is wanted for:

1) two counts of Assault
2) Forcible Confinement
3) Utter Threats
4) Fail To Comply with Probation

He is described as 6'3", 210 lbs., with brown hair, blue eyes.

Daytime Break-and-Enters and Thefts from schools, Security camera images of suspect released

The Toronto Police Service is currently investigating several Break-and-Enters and Thefts from schools in the East York/Beaches/Scarborough area and is asking for the public's assistance.

It is reported that:

- since Thursday, February 4, 2016, a woman has attended a number of schools while they were in session

- the woman pretended to be a parent looking to register her child

- while at the school, she gained entry into unattended classrooms and office areas and stole electronics, cash and personal items

She is described as 5'2", slim build, with long blonde hair in a bun. A security camera image of the woman has been released.

The following schools have been affected:

- Adam Beck Junior Public School, 400 Scarborough Road
- Blantyre Public School, 290 Blantyre Avenue
- Gledhill Junior Public School, 2 Gledhill Avenue
- Kimberley Junior Public School/Beaches Alternative Junior School, 50 Swanwick Avenue
- Secord Elementary School, 101 Barrington Avenue
- William J McCordic School, 45 Balfour Avenue
- Malvern Collegiate Institute, 55 Malvern Avenue

Homicides #28/1983 and #48/1983 Cold Case: Erin Gilmour, 22, and Susan Tice, 45, YouTube video appeal, $200,000 reward

Homicide Detective Sergeant Stacy Gallant is appealing to the public to help find the killer of Susan Tice and Erin Gilmour, murdered in separate incidents in 1983.

Police continue to investigate the murders and have collected DNA evidence found at the crime scenes that can definitively link a suspect to the crime. They need help from the public identifying a suspect.

Homicide investigators would like the public to share the video in their social networks and note there is still a $200,000 reward for information.

Homicide cold case investigators will continue to release YouTube video appeals to ask the public for help solving unsolved murder cases.
