On Sunday, March 10, 2013, at approximately 4 a.m., police responded to a
personal injury collision involving a cyclist on Bloor Street West at St. Helens Avenue.
It is reported that:
- a 24-year-old man was riding his bicycle on Bloor Street West at St. Helens Avenue
- the cyclist entered the westbound lanes and was struck by a westbound Saturn vehicle
- the cyclist was thrown to the ground and received head injuries
The cyclist was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries
The investigation continues by members of Traffic Services.
