On Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at 4:15 p.m., police were called to a bomb-threat at the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre at 750 Spadina Avenue.
The community centre was checked and it was determined that there was no threat.
As a result of a subsequent investigation, it is alleged that one man made the threats. On Friday, March 8, 2013, Harold Lee, 36, of Toronto, was arrested.
He is charged with:
1) Threatening death
2) Mischief - interfere with property
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at 10 a.m.
