The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance with a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- on Saturday, November, 5, 2016, a 16-year old girl was at a party in the community room at 5 Shady Golfway
- during the party, the girl was confined in the men's washroom and sexually assaulted
On Friday, November 25, 2016, investigators arrested a 16-year old boy. He is charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Forcible Confinement
3) Assault
4) Fail to Comply with Conditions
He was scheduled to appear in court at 311 Jarvis Street on Friday, November 25, 2016, 2 p.m.
The gathering was attended by numerous people. Investigators are appealing for witnesses to come forward and provide information to assist with the investigation.
