11 Division’s "Wanted Ones," Cesar Miguel Castillo, 41, Update, Man arrested

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a man wanted as part of 11 Division’s "Wanted Ones."

On Thursday, February 5, 2015, Cesar Miguel Castillo, 41, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) Indecent Act

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, February 5, 2015.
