Four arrests in weekend stabbing, Men face total of 11 charges

On Sunday, March 30, 2014, at 6:20 p.m., police responded to a call for a stabbing in the Rathburn Road and The West Mall area.

It is alleged that:

- a man, 24, was in a nearby schoolyard, playing basketball, with two other friends

- a group of people entered the schoolyard and approached the man

- an altercation occurred and the man received multiple stab wounds to his body

- the man was rushed to hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries

- police attended the area and arrested four people

Said Keyliye, 18, of Toronto, is charged with:

1) Aggravated Assault
2) Possession of a Schedule II Substance
3) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Schedule II substance
4) Fail to Comply with Recognizance

Crew Robson, 18, of Toronto is charged with:

1) Aggravated Assault
2) Fail to Comply with Recognizance

Mikail Alkithiry, 19, of Toronto is charged with:

1) Aggravated Assault
2) Possession of a Schedule I Substance
3) Assault
4) Fail to Comply with Recognizance

Sahardeed Mohamed, 19, of Toronto is charged with:

1) Aggravated Assault

They were all scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Monday, March 31, 2014, courtroom 101, 10 a.m.
