She es described as 5’7", 140 lbs., with curly brown hair. She was last seen wearing a grey puffy winter jacket with fur trim around the hood, and blue running shoes with a pink stripe on the side .

Police are concerned for her safety.

Three men sought in robbery investigation, St. Clair Subway Station

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying three men sought in a robbery investigation.

On Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at approximately 6:45 p.m., officers responded to a call for a robbery at St. Clair Subway Station.

It is reported that:

- three men got onto the St Clair Avenue streetcar at Spadina Road

- a 79-year-old man got on the same streetcar a few stops later

- at the station, the 79-year-old man began to get off and was using a walker

- one of the three men pushed him out of the streetcar onto the pavement

- they then robbed him of jewelry and personal items

Security camera images of the three men are released.

She is described as 5'2, 130 lbs, black hair, brown eyes and wears glasses.

She was wearing a black puffy jacket and a black wool hat.

Early Childhood Educator arrested in Child Abuse Investigation, Ta-Hath Martin, 45, Image Released

The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of an arrest made in an ongoing child sexual assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

- between Sunday, April 12, 2018 and Friday, December 18, 2020, a man was employed as an early childhood educator by NYAD Not Your Average Daycare. Specifically, at the Donwood location of 61 Dorcot Avenue in Toronto.

- between these dates the man repeatedly sexually assaulted a child under the age of 16 who was in his care

On Monday January 4, 2021 members of Sex Crimes from the Child & Youth Advocacy Centre arrested Ta-Hath Martin, 45, of Toronto. He is charged with:

1. Sexual Interference
2. Sexual Assault

He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, March 5, 2021 at Toronto East Court, in room 407, at 2 p.m.

His image has been released.

Investigators have established Ta-Hath Martin has been employed by NYAD Not Your Average Daycare since 2003 at the following locations:

1. NYAD Corvette – 30 Corvette Avenue
2. NYAD Midland – 720 Midland Avenue
3. NYAD Guildwood – 225 Livingston Road
4. NYAD Scarborough Village – 15 Luella Street
5. NYAD Progress – 939 Progress Avenue
6. NYAD Donwood – 61 Dorcot Avenue

The CYAC was opened in October 2013 and is comprised of specialized child abuse investigators from the Toronto Police Service, in collaboration with members of the Catholic Children’s Aid Society, the Children’s Aid Society of Toronto, the Hospital for Sick Children’s Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect Program (SCAN), Radius Child & Youth Services, and Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre.

Police Seek Public's Assistance in Stolen Vehicle investigation, Black 2019 Lamborghini, Images released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with a stolen vehicle investigation.

On Saturday, December 26, 2020, a black 2019 Lamborghini URUS bearing Ontario licence plate CSB B761 was rented.

A short time later, the vehicle's GPS tracking system was disabled.

The car was subsequently reported stolen and is still outstanding.

Images of the exact vehicle have been released.

Anyone who has seen the car, or has any information about its whereabouts or any suspects, is urged to contact police.

If anyone believes they are a victim of a similar theft in the Toronto area, we would also encourage them to contact police.

Man arrested for hammer assaults, Bloor-Yonge subway station, Otgonbayer Dunsel, 49

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made after four people were assaulted.

On Saturday, January 9, 2021, at 9 p.m., officers responded to a call at the Bloor-Yonge subway station.

It is alleged that:

- a man was in a TTC subway car when he attacked four people with a hammer

- the man was located and arrested in the subway station

- all four victims suffered non-life threatening injuries


Otgonbayer Dunsel, 49, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1. two counts of Aggravated Assault
2. four counts of Assault with a Weapon
3. Weapons Dangerous
4. two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation

He appeared at court on Sunday, January 10, 2021, at Old City Hall, 60 Queen Street West, at 10 a.m., in room 112.
