Marie Princess Pascual, 22, was last seen Friday, May 10, 2019, at 1 p.m., in the Pharmacy Avenue and McNicoll Avenue area.

She is described as 5'4", thin to medium build, straight black hair, with a tattoo on her left forearm. She is possibly wearing a denim jacket.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Alexandra Dimauro, 29, was last seen on Friday, May 10, 2019, in the College Street and Clinton Avenue area.

She is described as 5'10", thin build, with long black hair worn in a bun. She was last seen wearing a dark grey, purple and green shirt, pink and grey floral capri pants, and multi-coloured sandals.

Police are concerned for her safety and well-being.

Man Arrested in Child Pornography Investigation, Joseph Reischer, 81, Facing seven charges

On Thursday May 9, 2019, as part of an investigation into the possession of child sex abuse material, members of the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation Section executed a Criminal Code search warrant in the Lansdowne Avenue and Queens Street West area.

It is alleged that:

- the man accessed and possessed child sexual abuse material

On Friday, May 10, 2019, Joseph Reischer, 81, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1. Possession Child Pornography
2. Access Child Pornography
3. Three counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance
4. Fail to Attend Court
5. Obstruct Peace Officer

He is scheduled to appear in court on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Old City Hall, at 10 a.m., in room 101.

Police seek assistance identifying persons of interest in an Arson Investigation, 814 Warden Avenue

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the persons of interest in an arson investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Friday, May 10, 2019, at approximately 7 p.m., a fire was deliberately started inside a store at 814 Warden Avenue

- smoke filled the store and customers were evacuated

Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area and can assist in identifying the two people seen in the photograph released.

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a tip jar theft investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on May 5th 2019, a man, wearing Joker face paint, entered a restaurant in Kensington Market, and stole a tip jar which was near the cash register.

On Sunday May 12, 2019, Timothy Lubin, 29, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) Theft

He is schceduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Monday, May 13, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.

Oliver Carter, 22, was last seen on Sunday, May 12, 2019, at 12 p.m., in the area of Mortimer Ave and Coxwell Avenue.

He is described as 6’1” to 6’3” tall, with a thin build. He has messy, short, brown hair, and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, a black toque, and green plaid pants. He was also seen carrying a duffel bag and backpack.

Police are concerned for his safety and his wellbeing.

Fatal #18/2019, and, Personal Injury Collision #30/2019, Brimley Road and McNicoll Avenue

On Friday, May 10, 2019, at 1:24 a.m., police responded to a call for a Personal Injury Collision that occurred on Brimley Road north of McNicoll Avenue.

It is reported that:

- a 16-year-old boy was driving a Mercedes on southbound Brimley Road north of McNicoll Avenue. There was also a 14-year-old-boy in the front right passenger seat, and a 16-year-old boy in the rear seat of the car

- the vehicle lost control, mounted the west curb and struck a light standard. The vehicle continued for a short distance on the west curb where it came to rest with the light standard lying on top of the vehicle

- the driver sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries

- the passenger in the front right seat, sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital

- the passenger in the rear seat, sustained serious injuries and was transported to hospital

Police are asking local residents, business, and drivers, who may have security or dash camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.

Jessica Moreira, 23, was last seen Sunday, May 12, 2019, at 4:00 p.m., in the area of Venn Crescent and Eglinton Ave West.

She is described as 5’3”, 170lbs., with black, straight, medium-length hair, brown eyes. She also has tattoos: two roses on left shoulder, forearm quote, angel wing behind right ear, and two piercings on each ear and a cartilage piercing on one. She was last seen wearing a black hooded top and black jogging pants.

Police are concerned for her safety.

The Ministry of the Solicitor General has designated Sunday, May 12, 2019, to Saturday, May 18, 2019, as Police Week in Ontario. The theme for this year has been established as: "Proudly Supporting Our Police."

The Toronto Police Service will be hosting a Police Week Kick-off event in partnership with the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP), which will promote the policing profession as well as highlight the bonds between police officers and the people they serve.

This event will take place on Monday, May 13, 2019, at 10 a.m., at the Regent Park Community Centre.

Man and Woman arrested in Discharge Firearm Investigation, Islington Avenue and Highway 401 area,

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest of a man and woman in relation to a Discharge Firearm investigation.

On Sunday, May 12, 2019, officers were called to a residential area in the Highway 401 and Islington Avenue area.

It is alleged:

- police received a call for an argument between a man and a woman sitting in a parked vehicle

- witnesses reported hearing a gunshot and then the vehicle fleeing the area

- the man in the car had shot himself

- a short time later, a man was dropped off at a hospital emergency room suffering from a non life-threatening gunshot wound

- a vehicle of interest was identified and a woman taken into custody

Officers attended both scenes and commenced an investigation. The vehicle was seized for examination.

Officers from the West Command Gun Violence Suppression Unit applied for and were granted a Criminal Code Search warrants for an address and a vehicle.

On Sunday, May 12, 2019, Treyvond Dorma, 24, of Toronto was arrested. He is charged with:

1. Occupy Motor Vehicle with Firearm
2. Careless Storage of a Firearm
3. Careless Use of a a Firearm
4. Possess Loaded Regulated Firearm
5. Possess Restricted or Prohibited Firearm without holding a License and Registration Certificate
6. Possess Restricted or Prohibited Firearm knowingly not holding a License and Registration Certificate
7. Possession of Firearm while Prohibited

On Sunday, May 12, 2019, Talika Hibbert, 25, of Mississauga, was arrested. She is charged with:

1. Occupy Motor Vehicle with Firearm

They are both scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Monday May 13, 2019, at 10 a.m., in room 504.

Man wanted in series of commercial Break and Enters, Dufferin Street and Eglinton Avenue West, Gregory Holden, 50

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a man wanted in a series of commercial break and enters.

It is alleged that:

- a man broke into several businesses in the area of Dufferin Street and Eglinton Avenue West on the following dates:

- Friday, April 19, 2019
- Tuesday, April 23, 2019 (two incidents)
- Saturday, April 27, 2019

Gregory Holden, 50, of Toronto has been identified as the suspect. He is wanted for:

1) Four counts of Break and Enter
2) Fail to Comply Recognizance

He is described as 5’10”, 170 lbs., with a slim build, shoulder-length hair, and a full beard.

The Toronto Police Service will join police services across Ontario in the fight against distracted driving on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at 10 a.m., in the Toronto Police Service Headquarters at 40 College St. The 2019 Drive Safe! Campaign is a Province-wide initiative supported by the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) designed to keep our roadways among the safest in North America. This year's theme is "Distracted Driving Ruins Lives. Drive Safe."

The 2019 Drive Safe! (#DriveSafe) campaign features a booklet with information designed to make motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians more aware of what distracted driving is, the consequences of driving while distracted, and tips on how to avoid being distracted while on the road.
