The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing man.

Andrei Haye, 32, was last seen on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at 9 a.m., in the Sheppard Avenue West and Wilmington Avenue area.

He is described as 6', 200 lbs., black beard. He was last seen wearing a black Calvin Klein jacket, blue jeans, black Reebok running shoes.

He may also be driving a black, 2009, four-door, Volkswagen Jetta with Ontario licence plate BNPC356.

Police are concerned for his safety.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance identifying two men wanted in an investigation into a commercial Break-and-Enter in the Adelaide Street West and Peter Street area.

It is reported that:

- on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at approximately 6 a.m., two men made entry into a commercial property and stole a quantity of goods.

The men are described as:

1) 30s, 5'7"-5'9", medium build. He was seen wearing a black winter jacket, dark jeans, black toque, carrying a dark backpack

2) approximately 5'11", medium build. He was seen wearing a black hooded jacket, dark jeans, carrying a red-and-black GoodLife fitness bag.

Marijuana dispensary search warrant executed, 33 Kensington Avenue, Three people charged, two people wanted, Photographs of two wanted people released

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of arrests in a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.

On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at approximately 10 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at the Toronto Dispensary at 33 Kensington Avenue and at a condo in the Legion Road North and Manitoba Street area.

It is alleged that, during the execution of the search warrants, officers seized:

- 3702.04 grams of marijuana
- 1363.8 grams of marijuana oil
- 291.7 grams of shatter
- 96.16 grams of hashish
- 2,200 grams of Infused lotions
- approximately $120,000 (Canadian currency)
- approximately $4,500 (U.S. currency)

Darryl Jackson, 39, of Toronto, was arrested and was charged with:

1) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Schedule II Substance (Marihuana)
2) Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Marihuana)
3) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Schedule II Substance (Shatter)
4) Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Shatter)
5) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Schedule II Substance (Hashish)
6) Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Hashish)
7) Possession of Proceeds of Crime over $5,000


Navjat Singh, 29, of Toronto, was arrested and was charged with:

1) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Schedule II Substance (Marihuana)
2) Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Marihuana)
3) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Schedule II Substance (Shatter)
4) Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Shatter)
5) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Schedule II Substance (Hashish)
6) Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Hashish)


Maryna Mushlovina, 34, of Toronto, was arrested and was charged with:

1) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Hashish)
2) Possession of Marihuana
3) Possession of Proceeds of Crime over $5,000

They were all scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, February 15, 2018, 10 a.m., room 101.

Police are requesting assistance locating two men.

Cesar Bonilla-Acevedo, 31, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1) Possession of Proceeds of Crime over $5,000


Simon Lip, 37, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Schedule II Substance (Marihuana)
2) Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Marihuana)
3) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Schedule II Substance (Shatter)
4) Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Shatter)
5) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Schedule II Substance (Hashish)
6) Possession of a Schedule II Substance (Hashish)
7) Possession of Proceeds of Crime over $5,000

Man, 43, charged with threatening Parking Enforcement Officer with death, King Street West and Dufferin Street area

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Threatening investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Monday, February 12, 2018, at approximately 1:50 a.m., a Parking Enforcement Officer was conducting his duties in the King Street West and Dufferin Street area

- the Parking Enforcement Officer was confronted by a man who threatened to kill him

- the man also damaged the Parking Enforcement Officer's vehicle

Kamil Irten, 43, of Toronto, was arrested and has been charged with:

1) Threatening Death
2) Mischief Under $5000

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, 11 a.m., room 111.

Man, 65, charged in Child Pornography investigation, Davenport Road and Old Weston Road area

The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public of an arrest in a Child Pornography investigation.

On Wednesday, November 29, 2017, members of the Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the Davenport Road and Old Weston Road area.

It is alleged that:

- electronic equipment was seized

- images of child sexual abuse were found

On Tuesday, February 13, 2018, Phillip Woolf, 65, of Toronto, surrendered to police. He is charged with:

1) Possession Child Pornography
2) Access Child Pornography

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, March 15, 2018, 9:30 a.m., room J.

Homicide #7/2018, 271 Old Kingston Road

The Toronto Police Service is seeking assistance with a Homicide investigation.

On Thursday, February 15, 2018, after 1 a.m., police responded to a radio call for a shooting at 271 Old Kingston Road.

It is reported that:

- officers arrived on scene and located a 21-year-old man

- the man was taken to hospital

- the man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced in hospital

He has been identified as Anik Stewart, 21, of Toronto. A post-mortem examination is scheduled for tomorrow morning.

Homicide #3/2000 Richard McEachern, 38, Cold case video appeal released

Officers on patrol found Richard McEachern, 38, slumped in the driver's seat of his 1977 Pontiac Parisienne on Yorkwoods Gate at 11:51 p.m., on Monday, January 31, 2000. He was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries. He died from a gunshot wound to the chest.

He had stopped at a nearby convenience store, minutes earlier. A witness heard a single gunshot and observed three men running from the convenience store parking lot.

Homicide Detective Sergeant Stacy Gallant would like to speak to the men seen running from the area as he believes they may be witnesses to the murder.

"It has been 18 years since this murder. The family is still seeking answers," Gallant said.

Two men arrested in stolen vehicle investigation, Face total of 24 charges, Handgun, cocaine and cash seized

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of two arrests in a stolen vehicle investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, officers located a stolen vehicle in the Dufferin Street and Highway 401 area

- a man was located inside the vehicle with a three-year-old child

- another man was located a short distance away

It is further alleged that:

- during a search of the stolen vehicle and the two men, officers located and seized a loaded .45 calibre semi-automatic pistol, 5.9 grams of cocaine and approximately $8,000 (Canadian currency)

Mohammad Hassani, 21, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Possession Property Obtained by Crime Exceeding $5,000
2) Possess Restricted/Prohibited Firearm Without Holding Licence
3) Possess Restricted/Prohibited Firearm Knowingly Not Holding Licence
4) Occupy Motor Vehicle with Firearm
5) Possess Loaded Regulated Firearm
6) Possess Schedule I Substance for Trafficking
7) Possess Proceeds of Crime Exceeding $5,000

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, February 15, 2018, 10 a.m., courtroom 101.

Mohammad Hassani was also was charged with the following in relation to an outstanding warrant in regards to a shooting investigation:

1) Assault with Weapon
2) Careless Use of Firearm
3) Discharge Restricted Firearm
4) Pointing a Firearm
5) Possession Firearm Knowing Unauthorized
6) Possession Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm
7) Possession Prohibited or Restricted Weapon Knowing Unauthorized
8) Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
9) Unauthorized Possession Prohibited/Restricted Weapon


Dean Howlette, 25, of Toronto, was charged with:

1) Possession Property Obtained by Crime Exceeding $5,000
2) Possess Restricted/Prohibited Firearm Without Holding Licence
3) Possess Restricted/Prohibited Firearm Knowingly Not Holding Licence -.
4) Occupy Motor Vehicle with Firearm
5) Possess Loaded Regulated Firearm -.
6) Possess Schedule I Substance for Trafficking
7) Possess Proceeds of Crime Exceeding $5,000
8) Possess Firearm while Prohibited

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, February 15, 2018, 10 a.m., courtroom 101.

The women are described as:

1) 5’5”, thin build, long blonde straight hair, lip-piercing, wearing a black winter coat, grey sweater, blue jeans

2) 6’1”, thin build, long brown straight hair, wearing black jacket, green sweater, black crop top, blue jeans
