Edward Edmond Harding, 40, was last seen on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at 9 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Shaw Street area.

He is described as 5’8”, 160 lbs. with a short black afro. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, black wool coat, black pants, shoes and a black toque.

If seen, he should not be approached. Call 9-1-1.

Favious Robinson, 54, was last seen on Thursday, June 1, 2017, in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.

He is described as 6’7”, medium build, brown eyes, black hair tied in dreadlocks and a beard. He was last seen wearing a white dress shirt with blue stripes, brown pants, black dress shoes and an orange knit winter hat.

If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.

Police request assistance with fire investigation, Cherry Street and Lake Shore Boulevard East area

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a fire investigation in the Cherry Street and Lake Shore Boulevard East area.

It is reported that:

- on Thursday, May 25, 2017, at 12:57 a.m., a large fire engulfed a business premises at 242 Cherry Street

- just prior to the fire starting, fireworks were observed being launched from an area adjacent to the building

- they landed on the property

- a black pickup truck and a white sedan were observed fleeing the area

Damage is estimated to be as high as $20 million.

He is described as 6’3", 200 lbs., with short, white hair. He was wearing a dark jacket with a white stripe, dark pants, dark shoes, light-coloured button-up shirt.

Assistance sought identifying three men in Assault investigation, Queens Quay East and Lower Jarvis Street area, Security camera images of two men released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance identifying three suspects and additional information in an Assault investigation.

It is reported that;

- on Saturday, January 24, 2015, at 5 a.m., police were called about an assault in the Queens Quay East and Lower Jarvis Street area.

- a man, 39, was driving a taxi cab when he was assaulted by three men

The three suspects were described as Asian. One suspect wore what was described as light-coloured clothing. The second suspect wore a white T-shirt. The third suspect wore a black baseball cap and a white T-shirt.

Security camera images of two of the men have been released.

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a fire investigation in the Cherry Street and Lake Shore Boulevard East area.

Information received since the original news release was posted is that the group of people seen lighting fireworks on the property adjacent to the fire scene were not involved in the fire.

Police would like to speak to these people as possible witnesses to that fire.

On Monday, June 5, 2017, at 10:30 a.m., in the media gallery at headquarters, Homicide Detective Rob North will update the media on the investigation into Homicide #6/2017.

On Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at 10:17 p.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting at 2999 Jane Street.

Police and paramedics arrived and located a man with life-threatening injuries. Lifesaving efforts were attempted. The man was later pronounced at the scene.

He has been identified as Dameion McFarland, 35, of Toronto.

Homicide #6/2017, 2999 Jane Street, Dameion McFarland, 34, Images and video released of suspects

On Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at 10:17 p.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting at 2999 Jane Street.

Police and paramedics arrived and located a man with life-threatening injuries. Lifesaving efforts were attempted. The man was later pronounced at the scene.

He has been identified as Dameion McFarland, 34, of Toronto.

On Monday, June 5, 2017, Homicide Detective Rob North updated the media on the investigation into Homicide #6/2017. The news conference can be viewed on YouTube.

Three suspects were identified in the news conference and photos were released.

Suspect #1 - was wearing blue plaid pyjama pants, white New Balance runners, one dark sock and one light sock

Suspect #2 - wearing skull face mask, New Balance runners, red backpack, and green tape on wrists

Suspect #3 - wearing grey trackpants, two-tone sweater, black runners with white trim, and green tape on wrists

A video was also released and can be viewed on YouTube.
