Missing woman, Bay Street and Dundas Street West, Delina Stutz, 44

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing woman.

Delina Stutz, 44, was last seen on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at 6:01 a.m., in the Bay Street and Dundas Street West area.

He is described as 5'11", 165 lbs., blue grey eyes and brown hair in a wavy ponytail. It is unknown what she was wearing, but she was carrying several recyclable grocery bags and may have stuffed animals with her.

Police are concerned for her safety.

She is wanted on a warrant for:

5. Fail To Stop At Scene Of Accident

She is described as 5’7", 140 lbs., with black hair, and brown eyes.

She is considered violent. If located do not approach, but call 9-1-1.

Police request public's assistance identifying a man involved in a Fraud investigation, Photograph Released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in identifying a man wanted in connection with an on-line dating fraud scheme.

It is alleged that:

- during November 2016, a 52-year-old woman met a man on an online dating site

- a month into the relationship, the man advised of a property investment with profitable returns

- the woman provided a large sum of money for the property investment

- upon receiving the funds the man has since evaded all contact from the woman

- the man used the name Domenic Gurino on the online dating site

His photograph has been released.

On Sunday, January 29, 2017, at 3:46 a.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision on the westbound Gardiner Expressway, at the Humber River.

It is reported that:

- a 24-year-old man was driving a 2002 Subaru, westbound on the Gardiner Expressway, approaching the Humber River

On Monday, February 27, 2017, the 24-year-old man succumbed to his injuries in hospital.

Fatal collision # 8/2017, Adelaide Street West at Bay Street

On Thursday, February 23, 2017, at 10:24 a.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Adelaide Street West at Bay Street.

It is reported that:

− a 22-year-old man was driving a 2016 GMC pick-up truck, eastbound on Adelaide Street West, approaching Bay Street, attempting to make a right turn to southbound Bay Street

− a 79-year-old woman was attempting to cross Bay Street, on the south side of Adelaide Street West

− the woman was struck by the vehicle

The woman suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating a man wanted in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at 2:15 a.m., a 24-year-old woman was in the Finch Avenue West and Sentinel Road area

On Tuesday, February 28, 2017, Niam Camsell, 23, of Toronto, surrendered to police. He is charged with:

1. Forcible Confinement
2. Sexual Assault
3. Gang Sexual Assault
4. Sexual Assault with a Weapon

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at 10 a.m.

One man is still outstanding.

Giuseppe Abramo, 78, was last seen on Friday, March 3, 2017, at 6:30 p.m., in the Rustic Road and Keele Street area.

He is described as 5'10", 160 lbs., thin build, with short, grey hair, and long, grey sideburns. He was last seen wearing a black bomber-style jacket and a grey cap.

He was driving a white 2014 GMC Terrain with Ontario licence plate BSNX 384.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Personal injury collision #14/2017, Sheppard Avenue West at Magellan Drive

On Saturday, March 4, 2017, at 10:12 a.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Sheppard Avenue West at Magellan Drive.

It is reported that:

− a woman, 20, was driving a 1998 Toyota Sienna, eastbound on Sheppard Avenue West, approaching Magellan Drive

− two boys, 9, were attempting to cross Sheppard Avenue West, on the west side of Magellan Drive

− the boys were struck by the Toyota as they were crossing the road

Both boys were taken to hospital, one with non-life-threatening injuries, the other with life-threatening injuries.

Assistance sought identifying man and two women in Assault with a Weapon investigation, Spadina Avenue and Wellington Street West area

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance with an Assault With A Weapon investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Monday, February 13, 2017, at 3 am., a 46-year-old taxi driver picked up a man and two women in his cab in the Dalhousie Street and Dundas Street East area.

- the taxi driver took the three passengers to the Spadina Avenue and Wellington Street West area.

- once at their destination, the man and the two women exited the taxi cab, and began to walk northbound on Spadina Avenue without paying the fare

- the driver approached the man in regards to the outstanding fare, at which point the man produced a knife and pressed it against the driver's stomach

- the man also threatened the driver, who then retreated to his vehicle

The man is described as approximately 5’2” with facial hair on his chin, average build, wearing a black toque, black hoodie, and black winter jacket.

The first women is described as 5'2", 22-25, with a very thin build, and messy, long, black hair, wearing a blue jacket.

The second women is described as 5’6”, 25-30, with a medium build. She was wearing a blue jacket and red toque.

Security camera images have been released.

Man, 18, and 2 boys, 16, face multiple charges in Robbery investigation, Midland Avenue and Lawrence Avenue East area

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of three arrests in a Robbery investigation.

Between Thursday, February 23, 2017 and Tuesday, February 28, 2017, six separate street robberies were reported in the Midland Avenue and Lawrence Avenue East area.

It is alleged that:

- in each incident, three suspects would approach their victim and make a demand for their valuables

- on a number of occasions, one of the suspects produced a knife during the robberies

- cash and other valuables were taken from the victims

On Wednesday, March 1, 2017, Bender Mohammed, 18, of Toronto, was arrested.

He has been charged with:

1) Robbery

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Thursday, March 2, 2017, 10 a.m.

On Wednesday, March 1, 2017, a boy, 16, of Toronto, whose name cannot be released under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice act, was also arrested.

He has been charged with:

1) Robbery
2) Five counts of Robbery with a weapon
3) Disguise with intent

He was scheduled to appear in Court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Thursday, March 2, 2017, 10 a.m.

On Thursday, March 2, 2017, a boy, 16, of Toronto, whose name cannot be released under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice act, was also arrested in relation to the robberies.

He has been charged with:

1) Three counts of Robbery
2) Five counts of Robbery with a weapon
3) Three counts of Weapons Dangerous
4) Carry a concealed weapon
5) Possession of Property obtained by crime
6) Three counts of Fail to comply with a recognizance

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Friday, March 3, 2017, 10 a.m.

- the motorist assaulted the cyclist and fled

- the cyclist required medical treatment for his non-life-threatening injuries
