He is wanted on the strength of a Warrant in the First for:

1) Harassment by Watching and Besetting
2) Harassment by Repeated Communication

He is described as 6'0", 175 lbs., brown hair and hazel eyes.

The Toronto Police Service recognizes the danger that impaired driving poses to all road-users and is vigilant with our measures to recognize, intervene and deal with those who endanger us all.

This Super Bowl weekend, the Service will increase its efforts to protect you with multiple R.I.D.E. programs and patrols targeting those offenders. The message is, and always will be, "If you drink or use drugs, don’t drive."

The Service also reminds everyone that choosing a responsible option to driving is the first step. Public transit, designated drivers, taxis and hotels are all excellent choices.

It is also worth noting that walking while intoxicated is extremely dangerous. Pedestrians have been seriously injured or killed from walking, stumbling or falling into traffic.

As a reminder, if you see someone who appears to be, or you know is, driving or about to drive impaired, call 9-1-1. The life you save could be your loved one.

The message is clear: If you drink or use drugs, don’t drive.

Missing woman, Adelaide Street East/Church Street area, Binita Mathew, 42

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.

Binita Mathew, 42, was last seen on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at approximately 10:15 p.m., in the Adelaide Street East/Church Street area.

She is described as Southeast Asian with a light complexion, 5’2”, 100 lbs., brown eyes and short black hair. She was wearing glasses, a dark-purple-or-black winter coat with a fur hood, black leggings, brown boots and carrying a black bag and a green reusable shopping bag.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Toronto Police Service Homicide would like to update the public on the investigation into Homicide #65/2016.

Security camera footage has been obtained of those believed to be the suspects in the murder of Yusef Hagi Ahmed, 27.

Suspect #1 is wearing a dark ¾-length jacket with hood, light hooded sweater, and
dark pants.

Suspect #2 is wearing a dark ¾-length jacket with hood, and dark pants with white stripe along the leg.

Homicide is asking the public to help police identify these suspects.

Assistance sought identifying man wanted in two bank robberies, Eglinton Avenue East/Laird Drive area, Security camera image now available

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance with an investigation into two bank robberies.

It is reported that:

- on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at 2:45 p.m., a man entered a bank in the Eglinton Avenue East/Laird Drive area

- disguised with a black wavy wig, dark sunglasses, and a baseball cap, he produced a hold-up note to the teller, indicating he was armed with a gun

- after obtaining money, he fled eastbound on Eglinton Avenue East, discarding an Exco Jeans jacket

It is further reported that:

- on Thursday, December 1, 2016, at 7:10 p.m., the same man entered another bank in the same area

- disguised with a hat, hooded jacket and dark sunglasses, he again produced a hold-up note to the teller, indicating he was armed with a gun

- after obtaining money, he fled

The man is described as 5’9" - 6’, medium build. A security camera image is now available.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Sunday, January 1, 2017, at approximately 3 a.m., a 33-year-old woman was in the King Street West and Peter Street area

Graciano Ferreira, 35, charged in child-luring investigation, Jane Street and Grandravine Drive area

On Thursday, February 2, 2017, as part of an investigation into alleged online child-luring, members of the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation Section executed a Criminal Code search warrant in the Jane Street and Grandravine Drive area.

It is alleged that:

- a man posted an advertisement online looking for high-school boys to engage in sexual activities

- an undercover officer engaged the man in online chats

- the man provided the undercover officer with sexually explicit images, engaged in sexual conversations, and made attempts to meet in person

Graciano Ferreira, 35, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Make available sexually explicit material to a person believed to be under 18 years
2) Luring a child (under 18)
3) Attempt make child pornography

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday February 2, 2017, 2 p.m., courtroom 306.

Man wanted in Assault Causing Bodily Harm investigation, Spadina Avenue and King Street West area, Security camera images released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in an Assault causing Bodily Harm investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Sunday, January 1, 2017, at 2 a.m., a man was walking in the Spadina Avenue and King Street West area

- he was approached by a man unknown to him

- the two became involved in a verbal altercation, which escalated quickly

- the man was violently assaulted by the unknown man, who struck him in his face repeatedly with a set of brass knuckles

- the unknown man fled the area

- the man was taken to hospital where he received treatment for his injuries

The male suspect is described as 20s, medium build, black cornrows and a black goatee. He was wearing a blue T-shirt, black trackpants with white stripes, black running shoes, and carrying a dark over-the-shoulder bag.

Security camera images of the man have been released.

Assistance sought locating man wanted in several Break-and-Enter investigations, Church Street and Carlton Street area, Christopher Isaac, 35

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance locating a man wanted in several Break-and-Enter investigations in the Church Street and Carlton Street area.

It is alleged that:

- between April 2016 and January 2017, the man committed numerous Break-and-Enters, thefts of mail, and credit-card frauds within apartment buildings in downtown Toronto.

- he has been identified as Christopher Isaac, 35, of Toronto. He is wanted for:

1) 10 counts of Break-and-Enter
2) Fraud
3) Possession of property obtained by crime
4) Theft

Security camera images have been released.

Several victims have come forward and these incidents are currently being investigated.

Homicide #7/2017, Langford Avenue and Danforth Avenue area, Tyrone Tomlinson, 21

On Sunday, February 5, 2017, at 12:17 a.m., officers responded to a radio call for a shooting in the Langford Avenue and Danforth Avenue area.

Officers arrived to find a man with life-threatening injuries. He was taken to hospital via emergency run. He succumbed to his injuries in hospital and was pronounced.

He has been identified as Tyrone Tomlinson, 21, of Toronto.

A post-mortem examination is scheduled for Sunday, February 5, 2017.

A man was seen fleeing the scene, eastbound, on foot. He was wearing dark clothing, a hood and possibly a knapsack-style bag.

At the request of the family, no photograph of the victim will be released at this time.

Tseten Phuntsok, 34, was last seen Friday, February 3, 2017, at 10:30 a.m., in the St. Clair Avenue West and Keele Street area.

He is described as 5’2”, 215 lbs., heavy build, short black hair. He is possibly wearing a puffy, orange, Roots winter jacket, dark-green pants, and maroon toque.

The Toronto Police Service is seeking assistance identifying a man in an Assault investigation.

On Sunday, January 29, 2017, at approximately 11:45 p.m., a woman entered the rear seat of a black four-door vehicle out front of 642 King Street West.

It is reported that:

- the driver of the vehicle assaulted the woman and took her cell phone

The driver is described as 5'11", 30-35, medium build, black short hair, and black moustache. He was last seen wearing a black three-quarter-length coat and tan pinstriped pants. He was driving a full-size, black, four-door vehicle.

Police would like to speak with anyone who may have recorded any part of the incident on a cell phone or other video-recording device.

Man sought in Assault Cause Bodily Harm investigation, Yonge Street and Steeles Avenue area, Security camera image of man released

The Toronto Police Service requests assistance identifying a man wanted in an Assault Cause Bodily Harm investigation.

On Saturday, January 21, 2017, at 12:15 p.m., a man entered a convenience store in the Yonge Street and Steeles Avenue area.

It is reported that:

- he became involved in an argument with staff and customers

- he threw hot coffee all over the counter

- he was confronted by the female store owner

- he shoved her to the ground

- he fled in a blue four-door car

The suspect is described as late-teens-to-early-twenties, average build, short brown hair and a slight beard. He was wearing camouflage-style pants, a black jacket and a black ball cap with a red maple leaf logo on the front.

The woman was taken to hospital where she was treated for a serious injury and later released.
