He is described as 5'2", unshaven, with white hair. He was wearing large brown glasses. He is known to wear a black winter coat. He also walks at a slow pace.

Christopher Facchini, 31, was last seen on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at 2:30 p.m., in the Gerrard Street East and Jones Avenue area.

He is described as 5’11”, 150 lbs., short brown hair in a brush cut, long black goatee, possible tattoo of an eagle on his upper left or right arm. He was wearing a long black winter jacket with 'York Catholic District School Board' on the chest. He is not believed to be wearing shoes.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Michael Teddy Gibson, 29, of Toronto, has been identified as the suspect in this homicide. He is now wanted for:

1) First-Degree Murder

He is considered armed and dangerous. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1.

Toronto Police – Transit Patrol Unit bomb threat investigation, Man arrested, Aaron Finkler, 54

Since April 8, 2016, members of the Toronto Police Transit Patrol Unit, in partnership with the TTC, have been investigating bomb threats made to TTC property.

It is alleged that:

- between April 8, and April 10, 2016, a man made phone calls to the TTC threatening a bomb at either the York Mills or Eglinton subway stations.

- on April 10, 2016, at 11:22 p.m., the TTC received a phone call regarding a bomb threat at the York Mills subway station

- officers located a man, fitting the suspect’s description, at the Eglinton subway station.

Aaron Finkler, 54, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1. Five counts of Public Mischief
2. Five counts of Endangering Life

He appeared in court, at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on April, 11, 2016.

The investigation has led officers to believe that at no time was there a threat to public safety. The investigation has concluded.

Police request assistance for fatal collision #22/2016, #23/2016, #24/2016 and personal injury collision #21/2016, Jane Street at Sheppard Avenue West

On Sunday, April 10, 2016, at 3:28 a.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Jane Street at Sheppard Avenue West.

- a 2003 Acura 3.2 TL with five occupants was southbound on Jane Street near Steeles Avenue West

- a part of the Acura fell off and struck a Mercedes Benz, which was also southbound on Jane Street

- the Acura continued southbound on Jane Street towards Sheppard Avenue West

- as the Acura approached Sheppard Avenue West, the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck another Acura, which was also near the intersection of Sheppard Avenue West and Jane Street

- after striking the second Acura, the vehicle continued towards the southwest corner of the intersection and struck a signal pole, a fence and several trees

- four of the occupants were ejected from the vehicle, one was partially ejected

- three of the occupants were pronounced at the scene, two other occupants were transported to hospital, one with life-threatening injuries and the other with serious injuries

The deceased occupants have been identified, their ages are noted below:

- a 19-year-old man
- a 23-year-old man
- a 21-year old woman

The two occupants who survived the collision are a 22-year-old man who suffered life-threatening injuries and a 24-year-old man who suffered serious injuries.

Investigators would like to speak with the Good Samaritans who assisted the victims of the collision and left the scene before police arrived.

On Thursday, March 31, 2016, Hold Up Squad held a press conference asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man.

On Friday, April 8, 2016, Hold Up Squad investigators arrested Gianluca Catalano, 19, of Toronto, for a series of bank robberies.

1. 10 counts of Robbery
2. 10 counts of Disguise with Intent
3. two counts of Robbery with Offensive Weapon
4. Forcible Confinement
5. Assault with a Weapon

He was scheduled to appear at Old City Hall Court on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at Old City Hall in room 101.

Police request help identifying two men wanted for Aggravated Assault, Photograph now released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying two men wanted in an Aggravated Assault investigation.

On Saturday, February 27, 2016, at 2:41 a.m., in the John Street and Richmond Street West area.

It is reported that:

- two men entered a bar in the area

- they got into an argument with a 27-year-old man and were escorted out

- they waited nearby

- when the man left they attacked him, breaking his arm

A photograph is now released of the two wanted men.

Fatal collision #20/2016, St. Clements Avenue at Caldow Road

On Friday, April 8, 2016, at 9:02 a.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at St. Clements Avenue at Caldow Road.

It is reported that:

- a 36-year-old man was driving a 2005 Honda, eastbound on St. Clements Avenue approaching Caldow Road

- a 60-year-old man was driving a 1998 Nissan Maxima, northbound on Caldow Road approaching St. Clements Avenue

- the eastbound vehicle disobeyed the stop sign and entered the intersection, striking the Nissan

- after striking the Nissan, the Honda struck a tree

The 36-year-old man was taken to hospital where he was pronounced. The driver of the Nissan did not suffer any injuries.
