The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of recent arrests in Theft, Break-&-Enter and Robbery investigations.
It is alleged that:
- between Saturday, January 16, 2016 and Friday, February 12, 2016, officers from 55 Division received numerous reports of thefts, break-and-enters and robberies, mostly in the Main Street and Gerrard Street East area
On Tuesday, February, 16, 2016, a 14-year-old boy, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) two counts of Break-&-Enter
2) Theft of Motor Vehicle
3) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
He appeared in court at 311 Jarvis Street, on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 10 a.m., room 311-1.
On Tuesday, February, 16, 2016, another 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy, both of Toronto, were arrested and each charged with:
1) Unlawfully in a Dwelling
2) Robbery with an Offensive Weapon
3) Aggravated assault
4) Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence
They appeared in court at 311 Jarvis Street, on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 10 a.m., room 311-1.
On Wednesday, February 17, 2016, another 15-year-old boy, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Unlawfully in a Dwelling
2) Robbery with an Offensive Weapon
3) Aggravated assault
4) Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence
He appeared in court at 311 Jarvis Street, on Thursday, February 18, 2016, 10 a.m., room 311-1.
Those charged cannot be identified under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act

110. (1) Subject to this section, no person shall publish the name of a young person, or any other information related to a young person, if it would identify the young person as a young person dealt with under this Act.*
