The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing girl.

Dominica Corrales, 14, was last seen on Thursday, November 5, 2015, just before 11 p.m., boarding a TTC bus in the Islington Avenue/Birmingham Road area.

She is described as approximately 5’2", 115 lbs., with black shoulder-length hair. She was wearing a grey sweater and white tights.

Police are concerned for her safety.

American fugitive captured in Toronto Glen Anderson Wheeler, 54

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made of an American fugitive.

It is alleged that:

- Glen Anderson Wheeler, 54, is a registered sex offender in Louisiana for crimes against children

- he also has convictions in four other states, and is wanted for Failing to Register in Virginia

- on Thursday, November 5, 2015, he was tracked down to a hotel in the Wilson Avenue/Jane Street area, and arrested by the Fugitive Squad and 31 Division.

The Toronto Police would like to thank the Canada Border Services Agency, the United States Marshal Service, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Kingston Police Force, Vancouver Police Department, and Repeat Offenders Parole Enforcement Squad, for their assistance.

The Annual Toronto Police Auxiliary Toy Drive will take place once again this year. This event supports 3,000 children and youth from the Toronto area.

The Auxiliary Officers from 41, 42, 43 and 33 Divisions are seeking the charitable and generous support of the community, local businesses, and students from area schools.

Your efforts and that of our Auxiliary Officers will help to bring in the spirit of the season and give a child in need a more enjoyable holiday season.

Media support to assist with public awareness of this worthwhile event is crucial to the success of the Toy Drive.

This year, we are very fortunate to have Chief of Police Mark Saunders appearing as the Master of Ceremonies for the media kick-off, which will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at 11:45 a.m., at the Toronto Police College, at 70 Birmingham Street.

All toy donations are welcomed, but the need is always greatest for toys that are appropriate for boys & girls 10-14. Unwrapped toys can be dropped off at the following Scarborough police locations:

41 Division: 2222 Eglinton Avenue East
42 Division: 242 Milner Avenue
43 Division: 4331 Lawrence Avenue East
33 Division: 50 Upjohn Road

We are also accepting unwrapped toys at the following locations:

TD Canada Trust Bank: 2561 Victoria Park Avenue

Sexual Assault Alert, Man wanted in Sexual Assault investigation

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in an ongoing sexual assault investigation.

On Friday, November 6, 2015, just before midnight, police responded to a call for a sexual assault in the Alexander Street and Yonge Street area.


It is reported that:

- a 28-year-old woman was walking in the area

- an unknown man approached her from behind

- he produced a gun and took her to the rear of a building

- he sexually assaulted her then fled

The unknown man is described as a black, medium complexion, 5’ 9” - 5’10”, 25 to 30, medium fit build. He was wearing all dark clothing.

Public Safety Alert, Razor blade found in Halloween candy, Area of Dundas Street West, Manning Avenue, Palmerston Avenue and College Street

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a Mischief investigation.

On Friday, November 6, 2015, at 4:47 p.m., officers responded to reports of tampering with Halloween treats.

It is reported that:

- an 11-year-old girl had gone trick-or-treating in the area bounded by Dundas Street, CollegeStreet, Manning Avenue and Palmerston Avenue

- on November 6, while at home, she bit into a chocolate bar

- a razor blade had been hidden inside the candy

- she was not injured

The Toronto Police Service asks parents to be vigilant and always thoroughly check all candyreceived from Halloween.

Odessa Wickland, 18, was last seen on Friday, November 6, 2015, in the Milvan Drive and Finch Avenue West area.

She is described as 5'5", 180-200 lbs., with brown eyes, black hair in a bun, last seen wearing a blue winter jacket, blue jeans and blue-and-white checkered top with black boots.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Man wanted in Aggravated Assault investigation, College Park area, Security camera images released

On Thursday, November 5, 2015, at 4:54 p.m., officers responded to a call for a series of assaults in the College Park area.

It is reported that:

- a 50-year-old man was standing on the sidewalk

- he was attacked and knocked to the ground by an unknown man

- the unknown man continued into the mall

- as he walked down the stairs, he shoved a 70-year-old woman

- at the bottom of the stairs, he punched a 54-year-old woman in the face, knocking her to the ground

He is described as black, 6'0", 220 lbs., with dreadlocks and a full beard. He was wearing a hat, long dark jacket, jeans and boots. He was carrying a black bag.

The suspect is considered violent. If you see him, do not approach. Call 9-1-1.

The 50-year-old man and 54-year-old woman were taken to hospital by ambulance. The man suffered a broken hip and broken wrist, the woman suffered a broken wrist and bruising to her face.

James Delaney, 51, was last seen on Friday, November 6, 2015, at 10:30 a.m., in the Kennedy Road and Lawrence Avenue East area.

He is described as white, approximately 5’10”, 240 lbs., large stomach, short auburn hair, auburn beard/goatee with grey in it, missing one front tooth. He was last seen wearing a black bomber jacket with a Hard Rock Café logo on it and blue jeans.

Police are concerned for his safety.

She is described as white, 5’8”, 150 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes, carrying a brown leather knapsack and a black bag with red dots. She walks with two canes.

He does not speak English well. He speaks Croatian or Macedonian.

Assistance sought identifying two men for Theft of poppy donation box, 1094 Bloor Street West

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance with a theft investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at approximately 6:20 p.m., two men walked into a Tim Horton’s at 1094 Bloor Street West

- one of the men picked up the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy donation box while the other watched

- both then exited the store

Both men are described as white, 18-25, 5’10", with a thin build, and brown hair. One man was wearing white shoes, blue jeans, a black hoodie with large white lettering, and a brown bucket hat. The other man was wearing black shoes, white pants, and a black sweater.

Kassim Roble, 27, arrested in Sexual Assault investigation, Weston Road and Lawrence Avenue West area, Photograph released, Police believe there may be other victims

Police would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.

On Monday, October 12, 2015, at 1 p.m., a 27-year-old woman was in an apartment building in the Weston Road and Lawrence Avenue West area.

It is alleged that:

- an unknown man was loitering in the lobby

- the man followed her into an elevator

- he sexually assaulted the woman

On Tuesday, November 10, 2015, Kassim Roble, 27, of Mississauga, was arrested. He was charged with:

1) Sexual Assault

Police believe there may be other victims.

A photograph of the accused has been released.

Search warrants lead to gun, drug, cash seizures, Two people arrested, now facing 45 charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of arrests in a Firearms investigation and seizures of guns, drugs and cash.

It is alleged that:

- on Monday, November 9, 2015, a man was stopped for an unrelated matter

- he was subsequently investigated and a firearm was found on the man

- as a result, search warrants were executed on a Toronto address.

It is further alleged that the following items were seized:

- a loaded Glock .22 semi-automatic handgun

- a 12 gauge shotgun

- a ballistic bulletproof vest

- two firearm magazines containing ammunition (over capacity)

- two firearm magazines containing ammunition

- numerous rounds of ammunition of various types (.22, .40 and .45 calibre, 9 mm, 12 gauge)

- a quantity of powered cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana, crystal methamphetamine, morphine, MDMA and ketamine

- a quantity of cash (proceeds of crime)

Matthew Reay, 33 of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) two counts of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
2) two counts of Possession of Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
3) two counts of Possession of Firearm Obtained by Crime
4) Carry Firearm in Careless Manner
5) two counts of Possess Loaded Prohibited Firearm
6) two counts of Possession of Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order
7) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
8) two counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Schedule II Substance
9) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Schedule I Substance
10) Possession of Proceeds of Crime
11) Store Firearm in Careless Manner
12) three counts of Possession of a Prohibited Device (over-capacity magazine)
13) Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
14) Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Heroin)
15) Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Crystal Methamphetamine)
16) Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Marijuana)

Lindsay McVey, 31, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) three counts of Possession Prohibited Device (over-capacity magazine)
2) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
3) two counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Heroin)
4) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Crystal
Methamphetamine)
5) Possession Purpose of Trafficking (Marijuana)
6) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (MDMA)
7) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Morphine)
8) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Ketamine)
9) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Crack Cocaine)
10) Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Adderall)
11) Possession of Proceeds of Crime

They both appeared in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, 10 a.m.
