The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing woman.

Rebecca Alli, 19, was last seen on Sunday, July 5, 2015, at 1:50 a.m., in the Martin Grove Road and Steeles Avenue West area.

She is described as brown, 5'5", 115 lbs., brown eyes and long black hair. She was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and black leggings.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Sadie Narowski-Vesely, 17, was last seen on Saturday, July 4, 2015, in Bathurst Street and Adelaide Street West area.

Sadie Narowski-Vesely is described as white, 5’1”, 100 lbs., slim build with a long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a dark coloured t-shirt and blue jean shorts.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games, Events and Related Traffic Impacts for Monday, July 6, 2015

On Saturday, July 4, 2015, the Toronto Pan American Torch Relay returned to Toronto. The torch arrived in Toronto on Saturday, May 30, 2015, and has since been moving through celebration sites across the province. On Monday, July 6, 2015, the torch relay will continue in Toronto.

Rolling lane closures will be in effect as the torch-bearers move through Toronto streets. The rolling lane closures will begin at 10:30 a.m. after the event at S.H. Armstrong Community Recreation Centre at 60 Woodfield Road.

The torch relay is scheduled to make the following stops at celebration sites:

- S.H. Armstrong Community Centre, 60 Woodfield Road, from 9:20 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Regent Park Aquatic Centre, 640 Dundas Street East, from 11:09 a.m. to 11:14 a.m.
- East York Civic Centre, 850 Coxwell Avenue, from 12:07 p.m. to 12:31p.m.
- Thorncliffe Library, 48 Thorncliffe Park Drive, from 12:50 p.m. to 12:55p.m.
- Ontario Science Centre, 770 Don Mills Road, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Ontario Place West Channel, 851 Lakeshore Boulevard, from 2:45 a.m. to 4:27 p.m.
This stop will also include the CNE and Fort York
- CIBC Branch, 1582 The Queensway, from 5:42 p.m. to 5:47 p.m.
- Humber College - Lakeshore Campus, 3199 Lakeshore Boulevard, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

There will be portions of the route where the torch will be moved in a vehicle convoy. The portion of the route where the torch is carried will require lane closures. These rolling lane closures will include:

- southbound on Woodfield Drive to Queen Street East
- westbound Queen Street East to Broadview Avenue
- northbound on Broadview Avenue to Dundas Street East
- westbound Dundas Street East to 640 Dundas Street East (Regent Park Aquatic Centre)
- westbound Queen Street East to Parliament Street
- northbound Parliament Street to Gerrard Street East
- northbound from Millwood/ Leaside Bridge To Overlea Boulevard
- eastbound on Overlea Boulevard to Thorncliffe Park Drive
- southbound to 48 Thorncliffe Park Drive (Thorncliffe Library)
- northbound on Thorncliffe Drive to Overlea Boulevard
- eastbound Overlea Boulevard to Don Mills Road
- northbound Don Mills Road to Gateway Boulevard
- eastbound to Gateway Boulevard to Grenoble Drive
- northbound then Eastbound on Grenoble Drive to Deauville Lane
- northbound on Deauville Lane to St. Dennis Drive
- westbound St. Dennis Drive to Don Mills Road
- northbound Colborne Lodge Road from Centre Road to Bloor Street West
- westbound Queensway Avenue from Royal York Road to Atomic Avenue
- southbound Brown’s Line from Evan’s Avenue to Lakeshore Boulevard
- eastbound Lakeshore Boulevard to 3199 Lakeshore Boulevard (Humber College)

All rolling lane closures will be a single lane and motorists are asked to show additional caution along the route.

Phalonne Castellan, 20, was last seen on Saturday, July 4, 2015, at approximately 11 a.m., in the Gerrard Avenue East/Coxwell Avenue area.

She is described as 5’8”, with a medium build, brown eyes, and black-and-brown shoulder-length braided hair extensions.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Fatal collision # 33/2015 Kipling Avenue at Jutland Road

On Monday, July 6, 2015, at approximately 12:06 a.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Kipling Avenue and Jutland Road.

It is reported that:

− a 29-year-old man was driving a 2003 Suzuki GSXR1000 motorcycle, northbound on Kipling Avenue approaching Jutland Road

− a 49-year-old man was driving a 2015 BMW X3, southbound on Kipling Avenue attempting to make a left turn to Jutland Road

− the BMW and the motorcycle collided

The motorcycle rider suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead on scene. The driver and passenger of the BMW were transported to hospital suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.

He is described as 4’8”, with a medium build and long braided hair. He was wearing greyish/brown shorts, a yellow-and-white striped T-shirt and velcro shoes.

Sexual Assault Alert, Bloor Street and Ossington Avenue area

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Friday, July 3, 2015, between 2 a.m., and 4 a.m., a 21-year-old woman was walking in the Bloor Street and Ossington Avenue area

- the woman was approached by a man while she was walking on the sidewalk

- the woman was forced into the man's vehicle and driven to an undisclosed location

- the man sexually assaulted the woman

- the man then drove the woman to the Lansdowne Avenue and Dupont Street area and released her

- the man then fled the area

He is described as having dark-brown skin, 40-50, 5'6" - 5'7", thin build, unshaven, wears thin-rimmed glasses and has has an East Indian accent. He was wearing a white dress shirt with a light-blue plaid pattern, blue jeans, white running shoes and a dark blue baseball cap.

Sexual Assault, Welford Gardens, from Cassandra Boulevard area, Composite sketch released of man wanted

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Thursday, July 2, 2015, at approximately 8:30 a.m., 14-year-old girl was walking southbound in the Welford Gardens, from Cassandra Boulevard area

- the girl was approached from behind by an unknown man

- the unknown man placed his left arm around her right shoulder and threatened her, if she tried to escape

- they both walked southbound, side by side

- the man sexually assaulted the girl

- the man let go of the girl before reaching Rowena Drive and fled westbound in between a row of townhouses in the Welford Gardens area

A composite sketch of the man has released.

Arrests in Robbery investigation, Grange Avenue and Augusta Avenue area, Six men charged with three offences each

The Toronto Police Service would like make the public aware of a Robbery investigation.

On Friday, July 3, 2015, the Toronto Police Service received a call regarding a Robbery in the Grange Avenue and Augusta Avenue area.

It is alleged that:

− in the late evening of Friday, July 3, 2015, two people were swarmed by a group of men

− they were robbed and one of the victims was stabbed

− the men fled the area in an unknown direction

Six men were arrested on Sunday, July 5, 2015, by 14 Division, Major Crime Unit.

Filmon Adnekom, 24, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable offence
2) Robbery
3) Aggravated Assault

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Sunday, July 5, 2015, 10 a.m., room 101.

Joshua Chong, 23, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable offence
2) Robbery
3) Aggravated Assault

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Sunday, July 5, 2015, 10 a.m., room 101.

Sheldon Lewis, 23, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable offence
2) Robbery
3) Aggravated Assault

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Sunday, July 5, 2015, 10 a.m., room 101.

Chiloh Turner, 25, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable offence
2) Robbery
3) Aggravated Assault

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Sunday, July 5, 2015, 10 a.m., room 101.

Obaidullah Wahidi, 22, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable offence
2) Robbery
3) Aggravated Assault

Tyrell McIntosh, 23, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable offence

Duane Montaque, 29, functions at the level of a nine-year-old. He was last seen on Friday, July 3, 2015, at 6:50 p.m., in the Markham Road and Lawrence Avenue East area.

He is described as black, 5'8", medium build with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a red-and-white baseball cap with "CANADA", a "CANADA" shirt and long blue denim shorts.

It is alleged that:

- a man broke into a condo unit in the Queens Quay West and Lower Simcoe Street area

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Jarod Jones, 28, of Toronto.

He is wanted for:

1. two counts of Break-and-Enter
2. Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
3. Possession of Crack Cocaine
4. Possession of Crack Cocaine for the purpose of Trafficking

He is described as 5'8", 165 lbs., short black hair, brown eyes.

Sexual Assault Alert, Man wanted in Child-Luring investigation, Brandon Walker, 24, Police believe there may be other victims

Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes - Child Exploitation Section would like to make the public aware of a Child-Luring investigation.

It is alleged that:

- a man communicated through social media with two young girls

- during the communication he made demands for nude photographs of the girls

- the girls were threatened with being exposed on social media if they did not send further nude photographs or comply with his sexual demands

- he used the online name 'Brandon G. Davidson' when he communicated with the girls

Brandon Walker, 24, of Richmond Hill, is wanted for:

- two counts of Luring a child under the age of 16 years

- three counts of Counsel to commit the Offence of Make Child Pornography

- two counts of Make Child Pornography

- two counts of Possession of Child Pornography

- two counts of Extortion

Police believe there may be more victims.

Eugene Paliants, 29, was last seen on Sunday, July 5, 2015, at approximately 12 p.m., in the Dundas Street West and Mabelle Avenue area

He is described as white, 6'0"-6'1", 160-170 lbs., medium build, clean-shaven, grey eyes and a shaved head. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt with a graphic of a black cat on the front, grey casual pants and black dress shoes.

On Saturday, July 4, 2015, the Toronto Pan American Torch Relay returned to Toronto. The torch arrived in Toronto on Saturday May 30, 2015, and has since been moving through celebration sites across the province. On Tuesday July 7, 2015 the torch relay will continue in Toronto.

Rolling lane closures will be in effect as the torch-bearers move through Toronto streets. The rolling lane closures will begin at 11:30 a.m. after the event at Ken Cox Community Centre at 28 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive. The torch relay is scheduled to make the following stops at celebration sites:

- Ken Cox Community Centre, 28 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive, from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Sir Casimir Gzowski Park, 1751 Lakeshore Boulevard, from 12:17 p.m. to 12:22 p.m.
- Montgomery Inn, 4709 Dundas Street West, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Centennial Park Pan Am BMX Centre, 256 Centennial Park Road, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Pan Am Bowling Centre, 5555 Eglinton Avenue West, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Loblaws/Real Canadian Superstore, 2549 Weston Road, from 4:29 p.m. to 4:34 p.m.
- CIBC Branch, 1700 Wilson Avenue, from 5:58 p.m. to 6:03 p.m.
- Albion Arena, 1501 Albion Road, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

There will be portions of the route where the torch will be moved in a vehicle convoy. The portion of the route where the torch is carried will require lane closures. These rolling lane closures will include:

- northbound Colonel Smith Park Drive to Lakeshore Boulevard
- northbound Parkside Drive (turns into Keele Street) to Dundas Street West
- westbound Dundas Street West to Jane Street
- southbound on Jane Street to Bloor Street West
- westbound Bloor Street West to Dunbloor Road
- north on Dunbloor Road to Dundas Street West
- eastbound Dundas Street West to Montgomery Road
- northbound Montgomery Road to Dundas Street West
- southeast Weston Road from Eglinton West to Rogers Road
- westbound Sheppard Ave West from Bathurst Street to Wilson Avenue
- westbound Albion Road from Walsh Road to 1501 Albion Road

All rolling lane closures will be a single-lane only and motorists are asked to show additional caution along the route.

Arrest in Sexual Assault investigation, Guillermo Hipolito Minan Pinto, 40, Police believe there may be other victims

The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at approximately 5:15 p.m., an 11-year-old boy was finishing up from swimming at the community pool at Crescent Town Club and Community Centre in the Crescent Town Road and Victoria Park Avenue area

- the boy was in the pool change room when he was approached by a man

- the man sexually assaulted the boy

On Wednesday, July 1, 2015, Guillermo Hipolito Minan Pinto, 40, visting from Ecuador, was arrested. He has been charged with:

1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Interference
3) Invitation to Sexual Touching

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Wednesday, July 1, 2015, 10 a.m.

Police believe there may be other victims
