Missing woman, Sarah Gundy, 34

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing woman.

Sarah Gundy, 34, was last seen Friday, November 21, 2014, at 5:30 p.m., leaving Glendale House, on St. Joseph's Health Centre property.

She is described as white, 5'3", 95 lbs., thin build, brown hair and eyes. She was wearing zebra-striped leggings, a pale-blue padded vest, pink scarf with sparkles, beige shoes, dark-blue patterned wool hat and carrying a brown handbag.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Police seek assistance identifying man wanted for Aggravated Assault, Weston Road and Rogers Road

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a man wanted in relation to a brutal assault that left a man hospitalized for months.

It is reported that:

- on Friday, August 22, 2014, at approximately 7 p.m., a man was riding his bicycle in the parking lot of the Petro Canada gas station at the corner of Weston Road and Rogers Road.

- the man on the bicycle was confronted by a man who began to verbally attack him

- the man then physically assaulted the man on the bicycle

The suspect is described as white, early-to-mid-30s, 6'0", 185 lbs., short brown hair, and a short beard. At the time of the offence, he was wearing a black T-shirt and black shorts.

Police are appealing to witnesses to come forward. Investigators would like to speak to witnesses or anyone else with information.

Sexual Assault Alert, Man wanted in Sexual Assault investigation, Birchmount Road and Sheppard Avenue East area

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in a Sexual Assault investigation.

On Thursday, November 20, 2014, at approximately 6:45 p.m., a woman, 25, was walking along a sidewalk in the Birchmount Road and Sheppard Avenue East area.

It is reported that:

- she was approached by an unknown person walking in the opposite direction on the same sidewalk

- the person sexually assaulted her and continued to walk away towards Sheppard Avenue East

The unknown person is described as approximately 5'8", medium build, wearing a black hooded sweater with a grey-and-yellow checkered pattern and dark baggy pants .

Police release security camera images to identify Bank Robbery suspect

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in a Bank Robbery investigation.

On Thursday, November 13, 2014, at approximately 7:30 p.m., a bank branch located near Bathurst Street and Lawrence Avenue West was robbed.

It is alleged that:

- a man entered the branch

- he was wearing a blonde wig

- he approached the teller and handed her a note demanding money

- he indicated that he was 'Hep C' and had a gun

- he was given a quantity of money then fled

He is described as white, 5'10"–6'0", mid-20s, skinny build, pale skin colour, a blonde wig, dark facial hair, eyebrows and hair.

Police are releasing security camera images of him and requesting the public's assistance with his identification.

In the latest edition of "Wanted Wednesday," the 55 Division Crime Management Team is looking for Christopher Boyes, 40.

It is alleged that:

- on numerous occasions he assaulted a woman, 23

- he held a knife to her throat while threatening her

- he held a gun to her while threatening her life

He is wanted for:

1) eight counts of Assault
2) two counts of Assault with a Weapon
3) two counts of Threatening Death

He is described as white, 5'10", 140 lbs., brown hair.

Members of the media are invited to attend the Toronto Police Service Auxiliary Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at 7 p.m., at Toronto Police College, 70 Birmingham Street.

A total of 58 new Auxiliary Officers from the city's diverse communities will be graduating and joining the ranks of over 350 officers in communities throughout Toronto.

Following the ceremony, there will be an opportunity for the media to meet and speak with the Auxiliary members.

The Toronto Police Service Auxiliary program is one of several volunteer programs within the Service. Members participate in a number of assignments ranging from crime prevention outreach, parades and special events, to canvassing for missing persons.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing girl.

Cly Ngongo, 12, was last seen on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at 10:15 p.m., in the Eglinton Avenue and Don Mills Road area.

She is described as black, 4'7", approximately 85 lbs., thin build with shoulder-length hair in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a black-and- pink sweater, black pants, and purple/black running shoes.

Police are concerned for her safety.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.

Constanzo Stedaliere, 64, was last seen on Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at 5 a.m. in the Gerrard Street West and University Avenue area.

He is described as 6'0", thin build and wears wire-framed glasses. He was last seen wearing a short black jacket, dark-blue corduroy pants, black shoes and a dark-blue baseball cap with white writing on the front. He may still be wearing an IV and some hospital dressings on his arms.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Man charged in Sexual Assault investigation, Faces five charges

On Friday, October 31, 2014, Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes started an investigation into several allegations of sexual assault.

On Wednesday, November 26, 2014, Jian Ghomeshi, 47, of Toronto, surrendered to police. He was charged with:

1) four counts of Sexual Assault

2) Overcome Resistance - Choking

He is scheduled to appear in court early this afternoon. We will notify the media of the court location well in advance of the appearance.

Public Safety Alert, Man threatening community, Sean Micks, 30, Photograph released

The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a man allegedly threatening to harm himself and others. Police request the public's assistance locating him.

Sean Hicks, 30, was last seen in the Sherbourne Avenue and Richmond Street area. He is also known to frequent the TTC subway system.

Police are now releasing a photograph of him.

Do not approach him. He is considered dangerous. If located, please call 9-1-1.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with an ongoing Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Tuesday, November 17, 2014, at approximately 3:15 p.m., a 13-year-old girl was walking through a park in the Jane Street and Troutbrooke Drive area

- the girl was approached by a man on the pathway

- the man pushed the girl to the ground and sexually assaulted her

- the man fled the area

The man is described as black, 30-40, 5'6", 140 lbs., heavy build, oval face, brown eyes, flat nose, unshaven. He was wearing a dark-blue knitted beanie toque, dark-blue puffy jacket with a hood, and black pants.

On Thursday, November 27, 2014, at 10 a.m., at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, 3401 Dufferin Street, on the north side (opposite Highway 401), directly inside the Famous Players/Indigo Mall Entrance, police leaders and officers from the Toronto Police Service and other police services will be joined by campaign supporters to kick off the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police’s (OACP) annual province-wide crime-prevention campaign "Lock It or Lose It." This campaign targets theft of autos, valuables and gifts in unsecured vehicles.

This campaign encourages drivers to take precautions to protect their vehicles and vehicle contents from theft, particularly during the holiday season. "Lock It or Lose It" advises the public to be cautious during the holiday season when leaving valuables and gifts visible in their vehicles.

Public Safety Alert, Three men attempting to lure girls into car, Jane Street and Annette Street area

The Toronto Police Service would like to warn the public about three men attempting to lure girls into a van. These incidents occurred in the Jane Street and Annette Street area.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at approximately 7:45 a.m., a girl, 13, was walking on the south side of Annette Street near Quebec Avenue.

It is reported that:

- three men in a white cargo construction van pulled up alongside her

- they attempted to lure her into their van

- she fled

On Thursday, November 20, 2014, at approximately 3:45 p.m., a girl, 13, was standing at the bus stop at Jane Street and St. John's Road.

It is reported that:

- three men in a white cargo construction van pulled up in front of her

- they attempted to lure her into their van

- she refused and the men sped away

- she later reported this incident to her parents

Suspect #1 is described as white, 20-30, short dark hair, possibly a beard and wearing a construction vest. He was in the rear passenger seat.

Suspect #2 is described as white, mid-20s, short dark hair and wearing a black jacket. He was sitting in the front passenger seat.

Suspect #3 is described as white, mid-20s, short dark hair and wearing a beige or white winter coat. He was the driver.

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a suspect in a series of downtown break-and-enters.

It is alleged that:

- between August and November 2014, a man broke into a number of businesses in the Yorkville , and Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhoods.

Police are now looking for Michael Coelho, 40, of Toronto, allegedly responsible for these break-and-enters.

He is described as white, 40, 6'0", 250 lbs., short dark hair and brown eyes.

His photograph is now released.

Rosedale BIA Cavalcade of Lights, Saturday, November 29, 2014, 2 p.m., Road closures

On Saturday, November 29, 2014, the Rosedale Business Improvement Area will host a free outdoor Cavalcade of Lights show on Yonge Street between Shaftsbury Avenue and Gibson Avenue.

Event organizers anticipate 4,00 attendees.

Various lanes of northbound Yonge Street will be closed for the festival. Southbound lanes will have one lane north and one lane south in these locations.

The event will run from 2 p.m. to 6p.m.

Yonge Street will be closed from Summerhill Avenue to Gibson Avenue from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
