On Wednesday, March 8, 2017, members of the Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the Dupont Road and Dufferin Street area.
It is alleged that:
- a man accessed, made available, and possessed child sexual abuse material
Kye Fox, 33, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) two counts of Possession Child Pornography
2) Access Child Pornography
3) Make Available Child Pornography
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, 2 p.m., room 101.
