The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance locating a missing girl.
Debra Chemutai, 11, was last seen on Monday, July 15, 2013, at approximately 10 p.m., in the Kennedy Road/Eglinton Avenue East area.
She is described as having a dark-brown complexion, 4'5", with a thin build, and black hair in cornrows. She may be wearing a black-and-white hijab, blue jeans, white shoes with blue stripes, and glasses with brown frames and small lenses.
Police are concerned for her safety.
