On Monday, July 15, 2013, at approximately 6:50 p.m., police were called to the Burnhamthorpe Road/Dundas Street West area regarding an unknown trouble call.
Once on scene, police located the bodies of two women and a man, ages 49-76, with obvious signs of injury. They were pronounced at the scene.
A 22-year-old man was arrested a short distance away.
He is charged with:
1) three counts of Second-Degree Murder
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at 10 a.m.
The identities of the victims and the accused, all of whom are related, will be withheld pending notification of next-of-kin.
