Man faces 13 charges in shooting investigation, Tapscott Road and McLevin Avenue

On Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at 10:10 p.m., police responded to a shooting in the Tapscott Road and McLevin Avenue area.

It is alleged that:

- a firearm was discharged several times within a home

- bullet holes and other evidence within the home were located

- one person inside the home sustained minor injuries

It is further alleged that:

- on Thursday, July 11, 2013, a man was located on a TTC bus with a loaded 9 mm handgun

Doniele Kenrick Elie, 20, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

2. Possession of a Prohibited Firearm with Ammunition
3. Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon
4. Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
5. Careless Storage of a Prohibited Weapon

7. Careless Storage Ammunition
8. Fail to Comply with Probation
9. Acquire Firearm without F.A.C.
10. Possession of Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order
11. Possession of Prohibited Device for a Dangerous Purpose
12. Discharge Firearm Endanger Life
13. Common Nuisance
