The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Delroy Flowers, 39, was last seen on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as 6’5”, 180 lbs., with brown eyes, a shaved head, and missing front teeth. He was last seen wearing black pants, a blue shirt, and black shoes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
