The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Potvyn Lowe, 19, was last seen on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at 8:30 p.m., in the Jane Street and Woolner Avenue area.
He is described as approximately 5'10”, 180-190 lbs. He was last seen wearing black runners, black pants, an unknown colour hooded sweatshirt, black puffy winter jacket, and white baseball hat with black plaid accents.
Police are concerned for his safety.
