As a result of continued community interest, the Pixels for Pistols program, scheduled to conclude on Sunday June 17, 2013, has been extended to Sunday, June 30, 2013.
Residents of Toronto who turn in a firearm to police will receive an Olympus digital camera and Henry's Camera School of Imaging gift certificate.
As of Thursday, June 13, 2013 more than 100 firearms and 4,000 rounds of ammunition have been turned over to police.
