Man faces G20 charges, Dane Rossman, 26

The Toronto Police Service has charged an American man with three offences arising from the G20 Summit in Toronto in June 2010.

Dane Rossman, 26, from Tucson, Arizona, was extradited from the United States. He was arrested by TPS officers on Friday, June 14, 2013.

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, June 15, 2013, 10 a.m.

He will appear next in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Monday, June 17, 2013.

It is alleged that:

- the accused was identified as a member of the "Black Bloc"

- the accused used a large metal traffic sign frame to smash the window of a Starbucks, at 450 Yonge Street, while customers were inside

- during this offence, the accused was wearing a black bandana over his face in an effort to conceal his identity

Dane Rossman, 26, is charged with:

1) Mischief over $5,000
2) Mischief endangering life
3) Disguise with intent
