This is the latest instalment of 11 Division's "Wanted Ones." We are requesting the public's assistance locating Herisson Medeiros-Serrano, 25, of Toronto. He is wanted for:
1) two counts of Assault
2) two counts of Utter Threats
3) Mischief Under $5000
4) Surety Warrant
