The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made following a child pornography investigation.
On Monday, March 4, 2013, Toronto Police Sex Crimes Unit - Child Exploitation Section, arrested Blaine Gervais, 48, of Toronto.
He is charged with:
1) two counts of Possession of child pornography
2) Accessing child pornography
3) Make child pornography
4) Voyeurism - expectation of privacy
He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park Courts on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at 10 a.m., in room 501.
Following his arrest, a search warrant was executed at his home in the Church Street/Adelaide Street East area.
It is alleged that child pornographic material was seized.
