On Wednesday, May 29, 2013, the Child Exploitation Section of the Sex Crimes Unit executed a search warrant in Etobicoke.
It is alleged that:
- the accused received images from boys under 18 years of age
- the accused compensated the boys in exchange for the pictures
Jordan Cristoferi-Paolucci, 24, of Toronto, also known as Jordan Paolucci, was
arrested during the execution of the warrant.
He is charged with:
1. two counts of Make Child Pornography
2. two counts of Possession Child Pornography
3. two counts of Access Child Pornography
4. three counts of Luring
5. Making Sexually Explicit Material Available to a Child
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avennue West on July 12, 2013, room 202.
Jordan Cristoferi-Paolucci is a coach for the Etobicoke Basketball Association, Founder and Director of the BOLT Basketball Elite Development Program, Regional Stakeholder Representative Ranking and Seeding Committee Member for the Ontario Basketball Association, previously a coach for the Toronto Raptors Basketball Academy and an official for the Toronto Association of Basketball Officials (TABO), Ottawa Valley Board of Approved Basketball Officials (OVBABO) and the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials (IAABO).
Police believe there may be more victims.
