On Monday, January 18, 2016, the Toronto Police Service sought the public's assistance identifying six men wanted in a Robbery investigation from Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at 312 Yonge Street.

On Friday, January 29, 2016, members of 52 Division Major Crime Unit arrested a 16-year-old boy, suspect #3 in the previous release.
The boy, 16, of Toronto was charged with:
1) Robbery with an Offensive Weapon
2) Aggravated Assault
3) Assault with a Weapon
4) Carry Concealed Weapon
5) Possession of Weapons Dangerous
6) Fail to Comply with a Youth Court Disposition
He appeared in court at 311 Jarvis Street, on Friday, January 29, 2016, 10 a.m, room 311-1.
Because he is under 18, he cannot be identified under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act and his image can no longer be published under the provisions of the same act.

110. (1) Subject to this section, no person shall publish the name of a young person, or any other information related to a young person, if it would identify the young person as a young person dealt with under this Act.*
