The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, a young girl was sexually assaulted by a 14-year-old boy at the YMCA at 230 Town Centre Court.
The boy, 14, was arrested and charged with:
1) Invitation to Sexual Touching
2) Sexual Exploitation
3) Sexual Assault of person under 16 years of age
4) Indecent Exposure to a person under 16 years of age
The boy's identity cannot be disclosed under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Police believe there may be other victims.
