The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Antoni Harytanowicz, 89, was last seen on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at 12:35 p.m., in the Dufferin Street/Eglinton Avenue West area.
He is described as white, 5'6", 150 lbs., with grey-and-white hair, bluish green eyes, missing teeth, and a mole above his left eyebrow. He was wearing a blue short-sleeve shirt with white stripes, and black pants. He uses a wheelchair with small wheels.
Police are concerned for his safety.
