Walk for Values, Sunday, May 19, 2013, 11:30 a.m., Rolling road closures

On Sunday, May 19, 2013, the 11th annual Walk For Values walk-a-thon is taking place at Nathan Phillips Square. The event will begin at Nathan Phillips Square at 11:30 a.m. It will wind its way through the city, returning to Nathan Phillips Square at 1:30 p.m.

A rolling road closure will take place in association with the walk-a-thon. Street curb lanes along the route will be closed in the direction of the walk-a-thon, ie: eastbound curb lane only as the parade moves eastbound along Gerrard Street East. All other lanes will be allowed to flow.

Rolling Road Closure Route: 11:30 a.m., – 1:30 p.m.

The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
