1. Assault
2. Fail to Comply with Recognizance
It is alleged that:
- the suspect engaged in an argument with another person which escalated to an assault
Michelle Racine is described as white, 5, 180 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes.
She is also wanted by the North Bay Police Service, Peel Regional Police and 51 Division.
