The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a child pornography investigation.
It is alleged that:
- on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at approximately 3 p.m., a man was accessing child pornography, using a public computer at a public library
Following an investigation, Wendell Francis, 31, of Toronto, was arrested on Thursday, October 15, 2015. He is charged with:
1) Access Child Pornography
2) Possession of Child Pornography
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, October 15, 2015, 2 p.m., courtroom 306.
