On Sunday, August 9, 2015 at 6:52 p.m., police responded to a call for a fail to remain personal injury collision at Yorkshire Road and Ranstone Gardens.
It is reported that:
- a 39 year-old man was a passenger in a motor vehicle, which was westbound on Yorkshire Road
- the vehicle sideswiped a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, which was parked on the north side of Yorkshire Road, east of Ranstone Gardens
- after the collision, the vehicle made a right turn and proceeded northbound on Ranstone Gardens
- the passenger exited the vehicle while it was in motion, falling to the ground and suffering serious injuries
The driver and vehicle involved in this collision are being sought, the vehicle is described as a grey 4-door car, and will likely have damage to the right side.
