The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Richard Chapman, 78, was last seen on Friday, May 29, 2015, at 1 p.m. near Mt. Pleasant Road and St. Clair Avenue East.
He is described as white, 5'8", medium build, balding, with corrective eye glasses. He is believed to be wearing a black coat with silver stripes down the sleeves, grey pants, a grey cap, he is missing some teeth, and appears unkempt.
Police are concerned for his safety.
