The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with a shooting investigation.
On Friday, May 29, 2015, at 11 a.m., police received a call for a shooting in the Markham Road and Eglinton Avenue East area.
It is reported that:
- three men were in a car, driving eastbound on Eglinton Avenue East, approaching Markham Road
- an unknown dark-coloured car pulled up beside them, hitting the car and an unknown suspect began shooting towards the three men in the car
- two out of the three men were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries
- the car was also shot at numerous times
There are currently no descriptions of the shooter.
Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the shooting, the collision, or can provide any information in relation to it.
