On Saturday, February 21, 2015, the Toronto Police Service alerted the public to a Sexual Assault and Robbery investigation.
It was alleged that:
- during January 2015 and February 2015, a man was targeting and victimizing a vulnerable group of women working in the sex-trade industry
- the man arranged dates with the women
- the man sexually assaulted the women during the dates
- the man committed several armed robberies

On Wednesday, March 4, 2015, O’Neil Forrester, 19, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) four counts of Sexual Assault
2) two counts of Robbery
3) Assault
4) two counts of Forcible Confinement
5) Forcible Entry
6) Unlawfully in a Dwelling
7) Break, Enter and Commit
8) two counts of Robbery with a firearm
9) Robbery with a knife
10) Disguise with Intent
11) Fail to Comply with Undertaking
Police believe there may be more victims.
