On Friday, March 6, 2015, police advised the public of a Sexual Assault investigation.
It was alleged that:
- on Friday, February 27, 2015, at approximately 11:55 a.m., a man using a wheelchair asked a TTC employee to assist him to the upper level of Union Station

On Friday, March 6, 2015, Ismail Alsharifi, 50, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Fail to Comply with Probation Order
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, March 7, 2015.
