The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- the man, a pastor at the United Spiritual Baptist Church, at 787 Midland Avenue, sexually assaulted women

On February 16, 2015, additional charges were laid.

It is further alleged that:
- the man was a pastor at the former Mount Ararat Baptist church in Toronto
- from 1993 to late 1996, he offered spiritual guidance to women
- during these sessions, he sexually assaulted women
On February 26, 2015, Wayne Marlon Jones, 53, of Ajax, was arrested and charged with an additional two counts of Sexual Assault.
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Thursday, February 26, 2015, 10 a.m.
To date, four victims have come forward. Police believe there may be other victims.
