On Friday, February 20, 2015, at 11:18 a.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call for a Sexual Assault at Empress Walk, in the Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue area.

With thanks to the public, the man was identified.
On Monday, February, 23, 2015, at 11:30 a.m., Henry Kang, 36, of Thornhill, was arrested.
He is charged with:
1) two counts of Sexual Assault
2) three counts of Indecent Act
3) Criminal Harassment
4) Mischief
5) six counts of Fail to Comply with Probation
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, 10 a.m., .
Police believe there may be other victims.
