Two men wanted in Robbery investigation, Scarborough Town Centre, Security camera images and video released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying and locating two men involved in a Robbery.

On Saturday, November 22, 2014, at approximately 1 p.m., a man, 25, and his young daughter were shopping in the Scarborough Town Centre.

It is alleged that:

- he was approached from behind by one of the three men

- he was assaulted and the chain he was wearing was ripped from his neck

- as the struggle ensued, the man held his daughter in his arms to protect her

- the other two men acted as look-outs as the robbery took place

- the men fled the mall and got into a red vehicle

- this incident was captured on security camera video

The main suspect has been identified as Roland Nugent, 32, of Toronto, but he has yet to be located. A warrant in the First Instance is currently in effect for him. He is encouraged to contact police to turn himself in.

Through investigations, one of the men who acted as a look-out was eventually identified as Joseph Rowan, 24, of Toronto. He has been arrested and charged with:

1) Robbery

The other man who acted as a look-out remains unknown and outstanding. Police request the public's help identifying and locating him.

A video of these men is now released.
