On Saturday, November 29, 2014, at 1:06 p.m., police responded to a personal injury collision on the southbound Don Valley Parkway at the Millwood Bridge.
It is reported that:
- a 62-year-old man was driving a 2012 Toyota Prius, southbound on the Don Valley Parkway, in the passing lane
- a 50-year-old man was struck by the vehicle
The man suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
He is identified as Yusuf Osman Abdille, 50, of Toronto.
Homicide investigators have identified him as the husband and father of the three people found murdered at 85 Thorncliffe Park Drive that day. His involvement in the homicides is still being investigated.
