Potential Sex Offender Alert, 51 and 14 Divisions

The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a potential sex offender and requesting the public's assistance identifying him.

On Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at approximately 9:47 p.m., a man followed a woman, 27, into her apartment building in the Yonge Street and Wellesley Street East area.

It is reported that:

- the man followed the woman onto the elevator and engaged in an indecent act in the presence of the woman

-the woman left the elevator and was followed by the man still performing the indecent act

-the women fled the area and contacted police

IOn Thursday, November 6, 2014, at approximately 10 p.m., a man followed a woman, 24, into her apartment building in the Front Street West and Bathurst Street area.

It is further reported that:

- the man followed the woman onto the elevator, riding up to her floor

- the woman left the elevator and the man followed her off

- the man then engaged in an indecent act

- the woman entered her apartment and contacted police

The man is described as white, 5'10", with a medium build. He was wearing light-blue jeans, and a beige, suede construction-type jacket
