The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a man wanted for Attempt Murder.
It is alleged that:
- on Friday, October 31, 2014, two men were involved in an argument at a residence in the Bay Street and Charles Street West area

Elijah Roberts now faces the charges listed below, in addition to those listed in the previous news release:
1) two counts of Careless Storage of Firearm, Weapon, Prohibited Device or Ammunition
2) Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
3) Possession of a Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm
4) Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm in Motor Vehicle
5) Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition Knowing its Possession is Prohibited
6) Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition Obtained by Crime
7) Possession of a Schedule I Substance
8) Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
9) Possession Proceeds of Property obtained by Crime
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, 2 p.m., room 101.
