The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
On Saturday, September 20, 2014, at approximately 8 p.m., a woman, 23, newly emigrated to Canada, attended the office of an immigration consultant, at 1110 Finch Avenue West, unit 806, for professional services.
It is alleged that:
- she was propositioned for sexual favours
- she was sexually assaulted
- she fled the office at her first opportunity
On Saturday, November 15, 2014, officers arrested Razgar Hasan, 56, of Toronto. He has been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Breach of Trust
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, December 18, 2014.
His business focused on assisting those from Middle Eastern countries with immigration matters and obtaining their status in Canada.
Police believe there may be more victims.
